These are great little switches. I bought one pack of these in black and one pack of these in white. The finish is very nice, lightly textured, between matte and semigloss. The construction is solid. The prongs don't wiggle. The switch is firmly fixed in place. The button has a positive movement that quietly snaps when changing position. There is a light in the switch that indicates when power is on and it is bright enough to be seen in daylight. That's a good safety feature. As seen in the photos, I bought these to use with a two wire trouble light that I custom made for myself (and some other people). I wanted a switch that would be close to the light itself, but I could move to the other end of the extension cord (not shown) if need be. I didn't want an inline switch in between the light and the plug because that would have require extra work and wiring and weaken connection between plug and fixture in case of accidental pulling. Additionally, I live in an older house that still has two-wire circuits that use two prong receptacles. With these switches, can place on-off capability at the receptacle when it is inconvenient to use the built-in switch on some lights and double-grounded two prong appliances. These switches work perfectly. If you need them, buy'em.

These little switches work well I have one in my bedroom connected up to the HDTV to turn it off when I'm not using it for a while and got two other ones in the kitchen one connected up to my coffee maker and the other one connected up to my toaster so I would not have to unplug them when I'm not using them I just shut the switches off I recommend them you will like them just as much as I do they got different types all you got to do is figure out which one do you want I got the two prong they also have the three I recommend them order.

Works great to control items like fans or lights on a cord. Can be used in a wall outlet or on an extension cord controlling device where on off switch Maybe Out Of Reach. Lighted switch is convenient to determine device is on or off. As small Surface if needed to put description of device being controlled.

Very simple off/on switch. Works well. Handy for items you turn on/off often.

Very pleased with these. The most important feature was that the switch lights up when it is on. So I can see from a distance whether not this which is on or off.

Very good, work excellently. Easy to use. Does not light up in the dark to find it so plan for that. We use it to light the fairy lights above the bed.
