I’ve been using the Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The neoprene material feels premium and is surprisingly comfortable during workouts. It contours well to my waist and stays in place, even during intense HIIT sessions. After each workout, I notice a significant increase in sweat around my midsection, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, it’s a great investment for anyone looking to enhance their fitness routine.

I used this while working out 15-30 minutes. It will have sweat pouring and it comes with some sample of sweat cream for you to try. I lost 3 inches in my waist. It’s pretty comfortable and the length on it is a good size.

I recently got the Sports Research Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer and overall, it’s a very good product. It comes in a nice box, but I think it would look more professional (and hygienic) if the belt came sealed inside a plastic bag within the box. Otherwise, anyone could try it on and return it, which doesn’t feel very safe. Aside from that, I’m really happy with how it works, it makes you sweat a lot during workouts and helps shape your waist nicely. The material feels strong and comfortable, and it stays in place even during high-intensity exercises. Definitely worth it, just wish the packaging was a bit more secure.

So I ordered this after seeing a fellow gym member wearing one and asking about it... my “problem area” has always been my stomach and so I figured I would give it a try. She told me to go ahead and order the sweet sweat stick also, so after my band arrived and I tried out the sample of the sweet sweat gel and decided I liked it (I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t break out or anything before I ordered the stick - all was well for me!) I went ahead and got the stick too. I have been using this product every day at the gym and during my walks for about a week now and it definitely does what it says. Prior to using this, I never noticed much, if any, sweat coming from my stomach. I work out pretty rigorously at the gym 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, and try to log around 20 miles of walking per week in addition to my gym time. The first time I wore this, the removal was so dramatic... sweat poured out of it and onto the floor around me! It was simultaneously the most disgusting and most sexy thing I’ve ever seen... LOL I ordered the medium and it fits great. I could have gotten a small, and probably will when I order a second one. My only complaint or thing I would change about this is I would make the band wider - personally I would love if it covered my entire midsection, from my rib cage all the way down to my hips, but since it doesn’t, I have to choose whether I am going to wear it high, under my boobs, or lower, around my waist/hip area. Originally my thought was that I would switch it halfway through my workout and wear it one hour in each location, but so far I haven’t remembered or taken the time to do that. I am thinking about ordering a second one in a small to wear around my rib cage, and continue wearing the medium around my waist/hips. Also, depending on what you are doing and how much you are sweating, this can have bursts of leakage ... the first time it happened to me I was doing a fitness bootcamp where there was a lot of floor exercises and standing, bending, laying, hands and knees, etc... at one point I felt a warm gush of what to me felt like an extraordinary amount of liquid pooling out around my lower stomach area and even though I am not pregnant, immediately I had the thought “OMG my water just broke” 😂😂😂 so, if you are wearing any color other than black, this is going to show through. Personally, I only wear black pants or very patterned ones that you wouldn’t notice extreme soaking with, so it doesn’t bother me... I like feeling like I have worked so hard for something and the intense amount of sweat is reflective of that for me. I did not take measurements so I’m not sure if I am losing inches yet, but I do feel slimmer after working out with this. Also, several have mentioned that when using this product, they sweat more overall, not just in their midsection... for me this may be a “tiny” bit true... but I don’t believe it has increased my overall sweating enough to really mention it - only in the midsection where the band is. If you are looking to increase sweating in your midsection, this product will definitely do it!

I’ve been using the Sports Research Sweet Sweat waist trainer for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. It fits well, gives good support, and the Velcro is super strong — it stays in place even during intense workouts. The material feels durable but still comfortable against the skin, and it doesn’t roll or bunch up. I wash it regularly and haven’t had any problems with fraying, odor, or the Velcro losing grip. It still looks and works like new. For the price, the quality is excellent — definitely worth the money. If you’re looking for a reliable waist trainer that actually holds up over time, this one’s a great choice.

So we all saw these kind of belts in different stores and they kind of all look the same. I thought so too until I tried Sweet Sweat. Like everyone else I started working out frequently during lockdown and I saw this belt so I ordered it. And I don’t regret it. Comfort: I ordered size medium and it is awesome. I was size 36-37 I would say prior. Now I am 34 and it still works great. It feels nice against the body not like other belts. Belt provides great support for lower back when performing exercises and at the same time helps you to sweat and get rid of water weight accumulated in your body. Another great thing is that it is super easy to clean. It comes with a baggie that you put it in and throw it in washing machine. Honestly don’t go any further, don’t spend money on any other belts and just get this one.

Einer der besten ”waist trainer“ die ich habe Ich verbrenne viel mehr Kalorien damit und du schwitzt wirklich alles darein Wenn du viel schwitzt, dann wird dieses Gummi was in dem Gurt drin ist, zwar etwas unbequem und klebend, aber dieses Gefühl vergeht sehr viel Bei starker Belastung merkt man dass eh nicht Ich habe den schon mehrmals gewaschen und der dehnt nicht aus, das Gummi ist weiterhin Wasser absorbierend. Eine 10/10 was das Produkt angeht

J'ai reçu ma ceinture de sudation avec un échantillons de la crème de la même marque ! Et comment vous dire ? C'est un produit juste génial, garde le dos bien droit pendant les séances de sport, affine la taille si vous y aller régulièrement j'ai déjà vue les résultat au bout d'une semaine en plus d'une alimentation équilibré de plus avec la crème ont transpire vraiment beaucoup. Je recommande la ceinture ainsi que la crème qui vas avec !
