Reliefoot is, in my humble opinion, a superior product because of the bead construction. This makes it possible to cover every "nook and cranny" of my ankle, unlike other gel packs. It would be nice if the pack were longer in length so as to wrap around the entire ankle, but no demerit because of the fact that there are two packs included. The packs stay colder than expected and stay cold for the maximum time recommended by professionals. I might buy another set.

This is a great product! I have a broken foot and it is hard to hold an ice pack on it while laying down because other ice packs fall off.. With this, I am able to wrap it around my foot and it holds in place. It only stays good and cold for around 15-20 minutes. You can also put the ice pack on your foot outside of the sleeve that comes with it, and still wrap it around your foot. It is easy to put an ice pack on the top of your foot and one on the bottom of your foot and then put the wrap around them both if you want direct contact with the skin. Another great quality of this ice pack is the gel beads inside the ice pack. These beads do not hurt your foot like other ice packs that get really hard and put so much pressure on your foot. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This item comes with 2 gel packs (reusable) and a black fabric holder which is perfect to hold the ice gel packs in place. Bought this to aid in recovery after surgery. The packs have held up very well. We wash with warm water and soap before refreezing. So far no leaks. Ice cubes probably stay colder for longer, but with these ice gel packs we don't have any leaks or wasting small plastic bags. I love this product and would buy it again. I would not recommend using these for keeping food or beverages cold, they are designed for indoor use and will last a long time if you are careful in maintaining them.

I bought this to treat tennis wrist and it worked great. This is really good for treating a small area like the wrist or hand or small elbow part. I've only used this for heat so far, it stayed real nice and hot for like 10 mins and then a good warm temperature for another 20 mins or so. But here is one thing that I'd like to make sure. I put mine in the microwave for 1 minute with pouch (My fault, I didn't read the description paper; says heating it for 20~30 seconds with moist cloth.), and when I opened the microwave the gel beads was on the verge of bursting open. I swung the door shut quickly and braced myself for the imminent explosion. Fortunately it shrank back down to size. So please be aware of not heating your gel beads too much. Follow the instruction. :D

I was very pleased with this product-I had foot surgery this past Monday and had to ice my foot for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off. This worked very well-so I didn't have to get up and down so much-I had an insulated cooler so as soon as I iced-it went back in the cooler with a hard ice pack on the top and bottom of it.

I LOVE this.I wear a women's size 8 and this easily fits the outside of my whole foot (where my pain was). What I like the most is the length of the velcro strap to secure it. Previously, I was using an ice pack and Ace bandage, but now I only need this! The length of the strat allows for excellent compression in addition to the flexible ice packs (and it came with 2, so while I'm using one, the other is freezing! Brilliant!)This could absolutely be used to wrists, knees, maybe part of a shoulder...the possibilities are endless! I would definitely recommend this and would buy it again.

I keep going back to this as I recover from my bunion surgery because it is flexible and comfortable. It may not be as cold as harder frozen packs, but the flexibility and squishiness win out. I freeze both, and wrap the second in a towel so I have top & bottom coolness. The long Velcro strap is handy, though it is long enough to wrap just one gel pack onto my foot, curving around the side. I rest the other gel pack on top of my foot.

I broke my 5th metatarsal and this was an absolute life saver. I was using ice packs I had at home before, and found it really difficult to balance the hard frozen ice packs on top of my foot without hurting it. And whenever I got up, I had to re-do it all again. However, I ordered this product and it is amazing. It wraps super well to my foot so I can get up whenever, it's soft and not hard and stiff like most ice packs. My only complaint is that I wish it held the coldness a little longer, but it works for the standard 20 mins.So in short, it's soft, it's flexible, it's lightweight, and it's extremely extremely convenient! The pouch is fuzzy and feels nice, and the strap is a life saver.
