My son used these mouth guards for football, both tackle and flag. Easily moldable and pretty sturdy. He really gnaws on them, so we go through a few each season.

Great youth mouthguard, we tried a couple different ones, but this one worked the best. Gonna be sticking with this brand.

My 11 year old used this for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu twice a week for about 6 months before the mold-able padding started to rip and tear away from the plastic. Otherwise it was easy to get set up and comfortable to wear per him during that time. Just wish it lasted longer.
