Love this when making bread! Perfectly shaped the dough and gets every bit of flour off the side and bottom of the bowl!

My past scraper somehow got stuck on the bottom of my cookie sheet and thus ended up in the oven and melted, so I ordered again and these are not great replacements. These are so stiff I can't use them for scraping my bread bowl, just not flexible at all. I bake a couple loaves of bread every week and am missing my older scraper so much.After hoping these would soften up some over time, I gave up and tossed in the trash after several weeks of trying. I could use a butter knife and get better scraping.
