We had an older unit that was installed several decades ago. This worked great to replace the older one. Had to do a re-plumb of the out line due to the change from the position of the old unit. Out feed line is on the right of the unit in this configuration. But overall was pretty easy to install.

This was just what I needed. I chose the auto drain feature. Works great.

Yes, it has issues. First off, the Instructions. They are awful so just throw them away. The mounting bracket is weak and rather flimsy for a regulator this size. The mounting nut is plastic so dont reef down on this thing or you may regret it. Snug and a bump is about all you can get before you possibly damage it. The auto drain hose is 3/8 inch OD push lock so be ready for that if you dont want it to spit all over the place. Now for the big one in my book, the gauge leaks. I tried teflon tape, paste, just about everything. You really cant get a wrench on this thing out of the box so its hand tightened which will eventually stop leaking but at the cost of OCD. TDC of the gauge will be WAY off kilter. I put on a 1/4" NPT extension so I could properly use the wrench flats to tighten it down. Too late, its leaking internally now so if you get this, use a NPT coupler to get a proper wrench on it or spend another 9 bucks on a new gauge.For the price, its "okay". It comes VERY WELL packed, worthless instructions, wimpy mounting hardware and the gauge is weak. Meh...I'll make it work.

First off its well made, impressively well made and finished. Everything you need is included. Real value for cost...

I’m hesitant to give this ‘full stars’ because when I installed it, it worked perfectly. BUT After couple of power outages and pressure dips the o-ring that seals the moisture drain developed a slice and would perpetually leak.I ended up replacing the o-ring with another of a similar width from a dry-herb vaporizer I had laying around in a maintenance kit.That upgraded o-ring is holding beautifully and I have zero other complaints about this reg/separator. It does it’s job perfectly (as long as you’re the type of person to notice, identify, and repair minor issues like a leaky $0.05 o-ringEdit - new prong is holding up beautifully. I can’t tell you it absolutely wasn’t user error so, based on ease to repair and functionality pre and post repair….it’s properly solid for a home workshop

This was purchased tp replace a different brand I had to send back due to it being broken and generally low quality. This one arrive well packaged from the factory. Everything was in a foam enclosure and then a high gloss cardboard box. Attractive and lots of protection. The build quality was noticeably much better than the other brand yet was just a couple of dollars more. I installed in on my compressor and adjusted the regulator. Everything seems to be working perfectly.

Arrived in excellent condition, and packaging. Super fast delivery. Looks like a very good product, and quality components in the filtering / moisture collection component. Nice wall mounting bracket. Would give it a five star, but haven’t set it up yet so only giving it a 4 star. Not sure about the plastic or synthetic fitting. Never used them before. Prefer good old fashioned brass, steel fittings. Thinking it may be a five🙂. Will submit later if I’m wrong.
