RIM RINGZ is a set of four rings that come in a variety of sizes and colors and can be attached to the edge of a car’s alloy wheel. They are made from high quality plastic, durable and resistant to all weather conditions. Each size of RIM RINGZ is specially designed for specific rim size. Because each size set is made to perfectly fit each size of the wheel, RIM RINGZ will perfectly fit your wheel. You just need to purchase the correct size of RIM RINGZ that matches your wheel size. You don’t need to use any type of glue to install RIM RINGZ. The purpose of RIM RINGZ is to: Protect the wheel from “curb rash” while parking or turning sharply out of a driveway Cover existing damage Add visual appeal to the car Help apply tire shine on your tires Available RIM RINGZ sizes - for rim size: 15”, 16”, 17”, 18”, 19” & 20”. RIM RINGZ seeks to address the problem of "curb rash" on rims (scratches/scraping/chips). Car rims are typically an expensive and important design element of a car and scratching them or having chipped edges detracts from the look, and it also creates an expense for the owner. In order to refinish the edges of a wheel, the cost can range from $125 to $200 per wheel, but that does not take into consideration that it can happen again and again. Moreover, if a car is leased, this expense will typically have to be incurred by the driver as the leasing company will want the rims to look presentable for the future sale of the car. RIM RINGZ seeks to minimize the need of having the rims refinished by protecting the rims against scratches. Instead of fixing the rims, you can simply and easily cover scrape marks with RIM RINGZ. Besides, you will no longer be annoyed with your scratched and damaged rims and no one will point their finger at you or your car, thinking that you are a bad driver who doesn’t know how to park and damages his expensive wheels.

Love these Ringz, once I figured out how to easily install them
Love these Rings ! They look great and are a nice protection for my rims. Made of a good durable feeling plastic. Plus, I had really fair treatment from the manufacturer when two of my rings broke when my tire installer installed the rings. BIG MISTAKE ! These rings are MUCH easier to install on the car versus on a tire machine and they fit much better when installed on the car. Here's how I did it easily. Place rings in the sun for about 20 minutes to soften them up and make them more playable. Drive the car until the tires are heated up, park the car and remove as much air without breaking the bead. Starting at the top (12 o'clock position) work the tabs in between the rim and tire using the provided "L" shaped tool. Do this by placing the tool on top of the tab, prying up the tire and pushing the tab in at the same time. I used two hands. My left hand pushed ring and thus tab in while my right hand used the tool to pry and lift the tire away from the rim. I did this working a few tabs in the clockwise direction than went back and did a few in the counter clock direction. when I had all the tabs pushed in from 9 o''clock to 3 o'clock, I moved the car to bring the part I had not completed to the top and kept going til I was done. After checking to make sure the rings where tight against my rims I refiled my tires back to the correct pressure. The rings have stayed in-place and I have had a few comments on how nice they look. The only negative I can say is that they need better instructions on how to install them , which I hope I have just provided.

UPDATED review: Not enough tabs. But Still Highly Recomended. Absolutely!
This is a revised and updated review. Great invention. Still, $39 too expensive in my opinion but I do understand stuff like "Research & Development", shipping and overhead is expensive plus you have to leave room for profit margin. So thanks for the $39 discount on your EBay store. I am a repeat customer. I had 2 Rim Ringz on my front tires break while actually protecting my rims from curb rash "and looking good too" so this time, I reordered 2 replacements plus 2 spares. They are kinda disposable. Meaning, they will last a long until you hit a curb and they get destroyed protecting your investment. So its good to buy spares. They are really easy to put on if you can follow directions, You don't have to remove the rim. Its really easier to just raise the car. Let the Ringz sit out in the hot sun for 20 minutes to make the tabs more pliable and use the supplied tools correctly. The tools are engineered perfectly for the job. Let all the air out of the tires except for maybe 8 psi just to help maintain bead seal and help grip the tabs once inserted. It only takes me 3 minutes to install one ring. If it takes you longer, then you're doing something wrong. 1 Major problem...There's really not enough tabs! 2 or more tabs can pop out every week depending on your rim type. So to the manufacturer: It's an Easy fix. They should have twice the amount of tabs than they have. Just that simple. They'll hold on longer and stronger and at least then if one tab or every other tab breaks, it won't effect the look or make the whole ring useless. So until the manufacturer add more tabs, you can put a drop of Gorilla Glue under certain tabs that keep popping out. Works great! I've only had that problem on the front tires. It was very easy to peel off and creates just enough tacky friction to make them stay in place. I gave 5 stars because they've already protected my tires against curb rash twice AND they do get so many compliments against my Porsche Panamera my head is about to pop off. I wish I could give 10 stars. My friends thought I purchased entirely new rims. Now my car looks naked without them and therefore they get my respect. One time I was doing work not related to Rim Ringz and one rim fell over on the concrete face down. If not for the rim protector, my rim finish would have been scratched up pretty bad. Unfortunately, the rim protector did not survive the impact. It cracked and split in two places. Would I buy them again? YES, definitely. I'm hooked. There's not a better option on the market that I'm aware of. I complain about prices but I drive a Porsche Panamera Turbo, LOL! I know its kind of a oxymoron but Megatron said you're allowed 2 crazy decisions in life, not 3. Actually he didn't say that. I just made that up. I thought it sounded good until I said it out loud.

Awesome product but difficult to install
These are the most expensive rim protection product out there as well as the most difficult to install. I honestly wasn't sure if these were going to be worth the $$$ after I bought them, and it took me a lot of elbow grease with the supplied tool and my fingers to muscle all of these tabs in (be prepared to spend some time to do this right!). However, that being said, now that they're installed I really like these rimringz a lot! They look great, are not soft rubber (unlike some of the other competitors which are instantly ruined if you scrape your rims), and most importantly they don't use any adhesive (those types make for an easier initial install but are an absolutely nightmare when it comes time to remove them or change your tires!) I used rim blades before, which also looked great and was much more effortless to install, but when I got new tires installed, the tire machine ripped them right off, leaving this horrible foam adhesive residue that was nearly impossible to completely get off my rims! If these actually hold up and stay on over time, I think these are definitely worth the price because they can be removed and installed again without leaving any sticky residue!
