Arrived well packaged and undamaged... Update after 3 months, has never plugged!
The toilet arrived in two very, very large boxes. Though the boxes had crushed corners, the toilet was double boxed with a lot of foam packing and arrived undamaged. It arrived quickly after ordering. Reviews gave this particular toilet grand reviews for flushability. The reason I changed out my old Kohler Cimarron was that my wife was having to continuously plunge it (I never had an issue with it plugging). Installed the Toto Drake. A little disappointed in that the matching toilet seat (#SS124 purchased separately) is notably smaller to sit on than the old Kohler. UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS: The toilet has never plugged. It works great.

Much better than low water models
These flush extremely well. Much better than the 1.2 or less tank models. All 4 toilets in my house are now these. No more worries about guests causing "issues".

Just as I expected it to be.
The product arrived promptly and was just as I expected it to be. For those who are wondering what Sedonia beige is, it is a light soft beige that I rather like.

Sedona beige is off white. Great toilet, but forget the fashionable name and call it, off white. It’s not beige.
