Good product But poor lid design on the liquid
I think the product works very good and I would give it 5 stars if two things were changed. The first change should be the lid on the liquid. I have purchased twice and each bottle of liquid has leaked out of the bottle if it is not upright all the time. (I lost over half of the large bottle and a third of the small bottle). I also only use it sparingly due to the cost. That is my reduction of the other star that I would have given. If it were a little less costly, I would use more! I have 3 maltese so it is a lot of product. I seriously only bought the large bottle to try to save money but in the long run, I lost so much product due to the bottle turning on its side (in a back pack but completely closed) yet it still leaked out. Wish I would have reached out to the company with the first small bottle because I had the same problem.

Didn't work
Did not work on my Maltichons.I found using a brightening conditioner on them once a week and combing around their eyeswas easier and worked better than this product.

Easy to apply and works!
This product actually works as long as you continue to use it. It removed over time the old stain and has prevented new staining about 95 percent.

this product is just wonderful for anyone owning a white dog..i ordered the full set and found it easy to use --clear instructions on card enclosed--for the amt of items u receive I believe it is a reasonably priced ,,i have tried several tear stain products and feel this is the one I will stay with and recommend it.. .maltese owner--Dixie stevens
