My Wonderful Nursery Rhyme Collection Hardcover – August 9, 2016

This is an absolutely beautiful book, that seems much more expensive than it is here! We bought if for my son (5mo) when we realized he likes hearing songs and rhymes, but we could only remember like 4 of them from our childhood. Itsy Bitsy Spider gets pretty old pretty fast. The book has a TON of rhymes, like well over 100. Some old favorites I never would have thought of, like the old woman who lives in her shoe. The illustrations for each rhyme are all done by a different illustrator, so the styles differ but they're all lovely. My favorite feature is that for the action rhymes (wheels on the bus, etc.; ones that have hand motions), there is an index telling you which motion to make for each verse. We have since bought two more for friends who just had babies, and everyone loves them. We also bought the Fairy Tales version of this book, which is equally beautiful and fun to read.

Beautiful illustration for each song, a wide collection for many nursery songs. I really like the picture but I notice it does not attract young kid (my 20months old son was not interested) but it is a great book and I’m sure he will like it more once he gets older. I would recommend to get “super simple” nursery songs from amazon music, they have about 80 sing along version which is wonderful to go with the book.

This is a beautifully illustrated book. Many of the pages are info graphic style. I absolutely love the nursery rhymes included-many old and loved and some ones I didn't know-and as I said the colorful pictures are wonderful. The print is large so I think early readers can use this book to practice.My one year old is a book-destroyer and tries to grab the pages she likes the book so much.I'd recommend this as a great baby shower gift or birthday gift for a young child.

As a whole, this is a beautiful book. From the text to the illustration it’s an enjoyable read for all ages. My used book came in surprisingly fantastic condition. A handful of rhymes and illustrations weren’t for us but the rest made it worthwhile. The table of contents and bookmark make it a breeze to use.

My toddler’s absolute favorite book. We read it for 30 minutes at least every day and have for 2 months. Beautiful illustrations and the short rhymes keep their attention. There’s also a section that teaches you the actions or hand motions for rhymes you might not know as well. My go-to baby shower book!

This book is graphically stunning! There are so many nursery rhymes in the collection, which is divided into several categories (nursery rhymes, counting, games, etc.). This would be a wonderful baby shower gift!

This is one of my newest favorite book for young children. Gorgeous book.... amazing illustrations and beautiful font and colors. I love it so much purchased additional copies so all my grandchildren have a copy at their home as well and the companion book.

This was delivered Yesterday and we have read it cover to cover 3 times already! Many giggles and memories have already been made.The book is sturdy and the artistry is impressive! I love how each story has its own unique art. My son loves looking at all the picture and how they go with the rhymes. Seriously love this book.
