Best Value, Hands Down
Got this for the base price with an additional 30 off coupon. Even if I didn't have the coupon it would be worth it. Was about to buy a similar trampoline that came with a bunch of random bells and whistles but chose this when I read about how the integrity of the springs was superior (and SUPER easy assembly). Wife and I assembled top to finish in about an hour with no hiccups, easy instructions, and all parts in tact. Extremely bouncy and we love it.

Cool.
The jupa 15 feet trampoline takes a really long time to put together. It took me, my sister and my dad. There’s also like no videos on how to assemble it so you basically have to figure everything out from the not very useful instructions. We tried searching up jupa trampoline assembly and it kept showing results for an assembly for a trampoline branded zupapa so i would recommend getting that since you will have an easier time with assembly ad there are plenty more videos. But once finally put together it’s really bouncy and I’m able to see over my garage which is pictured in the second picture while jumping on it.

Sturdy and heavy. Kids love it as it brings non stop laughter and fun.
My family is just like many others, purchased this trampoline to give me kids something fun to do while they are stuck at home due to the COVID situation. They have wanted a trampoline for a very long time but my family have always hesitated because we were worried about their safety after hearing stories from my friends. One day after watching my kids mope around the house, we just made it a priority and did some research. We found this trampoline and was very impressed with it's durability and safety ratings. Now that we have it, we know that we made a very good decision. It has heavy, strong steel tubes with a foam covering on it and a waterproof jumping mat.It has a thick cushioned padding that covers the spring section so there is no chance of little hands and feet slipping through, which was one of our fears. Our favorite part is that it has a full screened-in netting enclosure around the entire trampoline surface. This eliminates any chance of a child falling off of the trampoline while jumping on it, which was our biggest fear. The netting enclosure has a zipper that can be opened from both inside or outside the trampoline,so it is very easy to enter and leave the jumping area safely. A huge bonus is that it comes with a nice, strong ladder so kids have no problems getting on or off the trampoline. It also comes with very sturdy cover which really increasing life of trampoline during winter or rainsWe were very nervous about the assembly process but there was no need for my worry. It came with very detailed, graphic instructions along with the two pair of gloves that left zero doubt on how to properly assemble the trampoline.Together my husband and my brother were able to fully assemble the trampoline in a little over a hour.We were grateful that it went together so quickly and easily because my kids simply could not wait to get to play on it.The moment is was completely assembled they were on it jumping, flipping and laughing non-stop for hours. We've had it just about a week now and they have played on it every day, literally all day long.We have to make them stop for lunch and dinner and then they are right back outside jumping away. This was a rather expensive investment but in our eyes, it was worth every penny. In addition to being tons of fun, it also allows our kids to get in some amazing physical fitness while stuck at home during this time. The kids say that it's their favorite gift that we've ever given them which truly touches my heart. The smiles and laughter that we get to share with them make this trampoline worth every penny.Very highly recommend and we would absolutely purchase again!!It was a great decision for our family and will provide years of fun and enjoyment

Great product with GREAT customer service
This product has AMAZING customer support. When I first started assembling the trampoline, we had to shift it a few feet (after I attached the springs and jump surface) and the edge rail completely bent past recovery. My fault, but the seller immediately sent out replacement parts. Unfortunately they were not the correct parts, but upon my informing the company of this, they immediately sent out the correct ones - all in two-day shipping at NO COST to me. Once I had the correct parts my friend and I assembled the trampoline fairly quickly. I will advise anyone though of three things:1) don’t move the trampoline once the edge rail is in place, and if you do, slide the pieces out and don’t move it as one whole unit.2) when you put the legs into the top rail supports in the very first steps of assembly, CHECK WHICH LEGA HAVE HOLES. This is not stressed in the assembly instructions, so I didn’t even notice. I did notice however when I tried to put up the netting and discovered the legs with holes are the support for the netting, so I had to disassemble the entire structure, carefully swap out the legs to ensure the ones with holes went in the correct order, and reassemble everything.3) use additional heavy-duty anchors to prevent the frame from bending past repair in high winds. One other consideration is that although the padding covers the springs, but does not secure the inside lip, so if kids bounce close to the padding they can hit their feet on the springs from the pad lifting a little from the surface. I got the 15-ft model so the kids have plenty of room to avoid the edges, but this might be a concern for some parents. It was very frustrating having to assemble this thing three times and disassemble twice - once because of the frame bending, the second time to correct the order of the support legs - but it wasn’t a difficult assembly and the company was very supportive through it all. And honestly those issues were my mistake anyway. Now we have a big and sturdy trampoline that my kids are thoroughly enjoying, even the teenager! I’m very pleased with my selection and hope the family enjoys it for years to come.
