Quality bands
This set is just what you need! High quality band set that’s affordable. I have been using for over 1 year 1/2 and the Velcro is still as good as day one. Recommend

This REALLY works!!
I absolutely LOVE this product! I've tried many other thigh bands & boots bands... this set comes together which is really convenient. The thigh bands are small enough that they don't slide down my legs as I have small things.The booty band by itself is worth the money! I even wear it while walking around in my house cleaning... you can REALLY feel it working!!

The product feels durable and comfortable to use. I like the level numbers indicated on the bands so I remember where to put it again. The mesh bag is an awesome bonus to organize my items so it’s easy to find again. I like how all the information is packed in a sealed envelope with a regimen and website information. I can’t wait to see results from using it consistently!

Outstretched itself
This is a good form to add to your workout. However, the bigger band has outstretched itself an I have only used it for a month.... :(. I wish it were more durable.

I love working out with these. Just strap them around you upper leg/ thigh and get to working out 😉 I'd say it helps give a little extra help working out 🍑

Easy to use and comfortable!
As someone who’s never used BFR Training before these are so easy to use! I just got my bands today and used them with my workout at home and they felt great. They come with so much information on how to use them properly as well as an eight week exercise guide! This is exactly what I was looking for to take my workouts to the next level! Definitely recommend!
