It lasted for five uses

I really like the OTTO and took good care of it (as you can see from the photo) following all of their instructions but it still only lasted five uses. The company wasn't very responsive and it took days to get a response back after I contacted them again. After 2 weeks of back and forth they agreed to fix it if I sent it back at my expense. I think this should be their expense and not mine. I'm very disappointed in their customer service because it seems like they help some people but not everyone.
