ArmarkatA6702 Pet Cat Tree with Two Real Wood Houses, 67", Beige

Got this cat tree for my two 6 month old kittens (they are each 7 lbs and not really kitten sized anymore) based on the high reviews.1) the instructions were VERY easy to follow, even if it was sometimes a little tricky to screw some of the parts together. I also sweated a LOT putting it together (what a workout), though I did it alone and admittedly don't have much upper body strength lol.2) the cats very quickly LOVED this tree. They love to sleep in all the houses, as well as the platforms, starting on day 1 of their adoption. They jump to the higher platforms to hide or play with each other, as well. (I think the cats would rate this tree 5/5 stars, but I have a one qualm below). They have yet to really figure out the poles are for scratching, but hopefully as they get older they'll Realize.3) I took off a star because the tree isn't the most stable thing ever. I can see it shake a little bit when they jump quickly, and it was a little easier than I would like to shake when I was putting it together. I leaned it against my couch (I don't have a good wall to lean it against) for stability, but I would be fairly worried if I had a huge cat jumping on it. Granted, I have it on carpet, so I'd hope it'd be more stable on hardwood floor.

I would give this product 5 stars, but the package arrived damaged and the base of the cat tree was damaged in shipping. Armarkat needs to package the product better, as there was NO padding inside the box to protect the item. Also, UPS manhandled the package along the way, damaging the box and product inside. The cat tree is otherwise a really good product, but I only gave it 2 stars because of the packaging/damage issues.

This is a nice tower all three of my cats like it the only thing is it slowly comes unscrewed and we have to keep twisting the posts back together there should be almost like a locking mechanism once they’re screwed in so that doesn’t keep happening. My Maine Coon is still only 4 months old so we hope when she is full grow it will still be sturdy for her.

Big enough for our Norwegian Forest kitty. He absolutely loves naps on the platforms. He doesn’t care too much for the hideouts so we use them to put his toys in. The material is interesting but not terrible. It’s shaggy sherpa-like. I’m used to the carpet covered cat trees but it isn’t terrible and it gives off a cozy vibe.

Armarkat is a great product. This is our third cat tree from them. They are sturdy and very easy to assemble. Great price and value. Replacement parts are available also which is nice when these are ‘abused’ daily with our crew. The platforms with this one are large and accommodate a 15 pound boy easily.

Second Armarkat tree, I like this one as well. I did not use the very top perch as my larger 13 lb cat likes to sit on the higher box and look out the window. My smaller cat, 7 lbs, likes to go in the houses. I bought soft mats to cushion the bottom. The houses would fit cats up to 13 lbs comfortably. Walmart has the best price on this model.

It’s bigger than I expected, but our cat loves it and he takes nap on it and plays there everyday.
