Great workout for compact spaces
I have been away from the gym far too long. While I am active, I knew I was really losing strength and balance. I ordered this during the pandemic and am so glad I did. We live in a small space, but this takes up almost zero storage space, only requires a small area to exercise, and the only other thing you need is a sturdy chair and a DVD player. I use it every day, doing the warmup, alternating upper and lower body each day, and the cool down. It takes a little longer than it says, but it is a good workout in a fairly short amount of time. I have been using it almost a month and I feel results in my strength, flexibility, and balance. I did not measure or weigh myself when I started because my motivator is increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. I hope and believe that tightening up and losing weight will happen as a result, not as the main goal. It came with 2 DVDs. I use the one w Marie Osmond but did watch the other DVD once and learned a few things from the fitness instructor. Many of those exercises use the floor and I don't have a good space for that right now, so I prefer the exercises that use a chair or standing (Marie DVD). There are a few little goofs in the DVD - some things are labeled wrong, for example, but those are pretty minor. At first, I had trouble keeping up and had to pause it a lot to make sure I had my feet in the straps correctly or was doing it correctly, but I am much better at that now. I like how easy it is to adjust the tension to make it harder as you gain strength. You just roll the band around the bar. Also, they provide easier and harder alternatives to try and they show some ways to get some cardio in if you want to try that. (The DVD also mentions that you can get stronger bands if needed - I haven't looked into that - they would need to be bands specifically designed to fit this bar.) This workout would not be for everyone - we all have our preferences - but it definitely provides a good workout that you can increase in intensity as you progress without having to buy a bunch of extra equipment. You could easily do the workout without the DVD - there is a booklet and the exercises are pictured on decals you put on the bar - but I like using it because it times everything for you. There are also musical cues as to when you are almost done with each exercise in case you aren't staring at the TV.

All in one Body Gym. Instructors Included in video
Excellent product .All in one. Upper and lower body workouts are shown with great instructors. Start upvideo is exceptional! You are shown by 3 instructors example in upper body. 1st instructor doing excercises sitting on a chair for beginners or people who need to sit, 2nd instructor same exercises but more intense then 3rd instructor even more intense., difficult to do. You have to or should complete the 1st two before trying the third .Instructor shows you how to exercise ,explains what you are doing, names the part of the body(muscle being stretched etc) and tells you if you can't do what they are doing, just do what you can do because the muscle is still getting some movement They . Do not push you so you can hurt yourself They. .Encourage you ,but with using safety first. Excellent price.

A great way to start.....and continue~
I have worked out in gyms most of my adult life but as an entrepreneur, it is hard to get to one. I wanted to put together a set of products that were small, effective, inexpensive and inexpensive, I saw this product on TV and was a bit cynical, but I ordered it anyway.I have to say that I am really enjoying it! It's easy to customize the amount of resistance, the exercises mimic the machines you find in a gym, but give you a bit of instability you need to pay attention, and it's almost (okay, I said almost....) fun. I keep it in my office and I get about 20 sets a day in, and i do feel it the next day.I think this is a great product for people who travel, people who work at home, people who don't want to go to a gym...pretty much for everyone. The price is reasonable, and if you're a rank beginner, the booklet and DVD's are helpful too.Take that first step!

Not sure if it's the product or User???
I work out a fair amount and bought this product because it was small and convenient.I have been unable to stretch these bands...I follow the instructions, folding the bands around the bar....I can pick up 50 lbs dog food or garden soil.... easily but cannot get bands to stretch... FYI.....

Good for a bad knee
I badly broke my kneecap a few years ago, and I've never quite been able to get back into a regular exercise routine. I admit to being something of a wimp about it (sorry, I don't like searing pain), but I received an Amazon gift card and this is what I bought myself. I'm glad I did--it's idiot-proof and klutz-proof, which means I'm not going to misread directions and break it.It's also excuse-proof, as my husband occasionally reminds me. I do most of the exercises from a chair and a few standing up, with three sets of 8 repetitions, while watching TV or listening to music. I also have some resistance bands from when I first did physical therapy, and the two combined (resistance bands + bodygym) seems to be doing the trick. The bodygym is especially good for arm muscles, but I've also able to work both knees, and my balance and feeling of security (ie, not falling) is slowly improving.Have I lost weight? No. This does not prevent me from raiding the fridge. Do I look sexier? I dunno, I'm still in my quarantine uniform of t-shirt and capris. Am I all kinds of fit? Nah. I just started. But I'm off to a pretty good start, and that's an optimism I haven't felt in a while.

Wonderful! I love this production with the voiceover, and great challenging workout!
I know this is quite a challenge. That is why the bands are so effective. This makes your form perfect, and your energy high as you can stand. I love this high-quality production, with perfection. Great to get something like this for a mere $50. Easy to put together, and sturdy enough for me. So much fun if you aren't huffing and puffing to much, because I am.Beautiful to watch. Enjoy!
