Q: Can I use this on a Graco Lauren crib to stop the smell

This should work to stop toxic smells on a wood surface. The smell is probably toxin from whatever finish was used by the manufacturer. Safecoat Hard Seal will keep the toxin from out-gassing. Just be sure to thoroughly cover all surfaces - I would do 2 coats to be safe.

Q: We plan to tile around our new woodstove. Is Safecoat Hard Seal a sealer for tile? Will it allow offgas of chemicals when the stove heats up?

Safecoat hardseal is not the product for tile. If its a glazed, fired tile most impurities are burned off. Choose a tile that is hard fired and the glazes aren't toxic. Natural stones cn be good choices. Grout is going to be the thing that you'll need to be most concerned about. Choose least toxic grouts, sel with AFM's grout sealer. I also seal the cement backer board with the same product.

No, we don’t sell anything to seal laminate that is food grade, sorry
