Sized extremely large. They just hang over my ears like flaps. They do the job, but I wish they were more fitted.

i was unable to secure them around my ear, they just kinda hung from the top. when i went to wash my hair water immediately started collecting inside which pretty much defeats the purpose of using them- especially since i had bought them while i was attempting to recover from swimmers ear. the only plus i can think of is that the material seems pretty sturdy, not flimsy or cheap. i bought these as an eco friendly alternative to those small disposable shower cap style ear covers, but these were such a waste. my advice would be to just get the disposable ones because these arent worth it.
