So far so good.
Currently doing my second bisque firing today. Started kiln at 150 degrees for 15 minutes and every 15 minutes I went up another 150 degrees. When the kiln reached 900 degrees, I dropped the time down to every 10 minutes upping 150 degrees until I reach 1780. At that point I held 1780 for 20 minutes and then set the temperature to 0 for a slow cool down. I removed my pieces around 100 degrees and let them cool in the sun since I live in Guam. Nothing shattered the first bisque firing, but I will give an update on how I do the glaze firing and the results.

A most excellent product
I would like to thank the "Tabletop Furnace Company" for making a great product. It is exactly as described in the description and performs just as advertised. Before receiving this kiln More than 30% of my work cracked or broke. I've been using this kiln for 2 week now and have not lost a single piece. Now all my work is properly annealed and fit for sale. I highly recommend this unit for all small time glass and bead makers.

Not easy to program.
It works fine once you have worked out how to program it. The manual is not much help, the YouTube video is much better. Watch it very closely and take notes. In spite of this it took me two attempts before I was successful.

Faulty Product? Or Bad Design?
I am extremely disappointed with the performance of this kiln. After only 5 firings it already has cracked heat bricks and the coils have been deformed on the top. It doesn’t get as hot as advertised and it struggles to hold the temperature consistent when it’s anywhere within a few hundred degrees of its max temperature. Also the refund policy is a bit sketchy, since it’s impossible to tell if the kiln works without having already done the initial break-in, which voids the return policy. I did extensive research on this product before buying and did not expect the results that occurred, which makes me think that the product that I was given was faulty in some way. The only thing I noticed upon a closer inspection post-cracking/deforming the heating elements was that the door latch didn’t seem to close the kiln entirely.

Poor technical support & lack of comprehensive manuals.
I bought this and when I first turned it on I used the up arrow (only, like the instructions say) to set the temp to 800 to begin the burnout process but the temp went much higher (1800+)I tried several times to get it to heat only to the temp that I set but my setting would be ignored every time and the temp would eventually rise up to and past 1800. Not wanting to damage the kiln I'd turn it off.ultimately had to return it after not getting an answer or callback from tech support (called 3 times). It seems like a good unit, maybe mine was just defective.I give it one star because of the lack of support and documentation on how to debug issues.I'd be worried about buying it again and having a different issue that has 0 documentation around it.Considering it's price I would think it would have a technical guide to debugging various issues. But nah.. no such documentation exists.Kind of a bummer really.. I was excited about getting to use this for my jewelry. For what its worth, I did bump my review up to a 3 from a 1 since i received a full refund.

The golden star of niche use kilns
This is my third tabletop furnace. Not because they break, but because I've set up and sold many glass studios in my life. First off, I am a lampworking glass artist and I use this kiln to anneal my work. I run it at a steady 1050 and this kiln doesn't break a sweat holding those temperatures. If you are a hobbyist lampworker, and you mainly make small work, consider this kiln.Pro:-Heats up much faster than any other kiln I've ever used. Can get to annealing temperature for glass in around a minute (no really)-Light, with a small footprint. This kiln can fit almost anywhere (make sure its not too close to anything flammable though)-Standard wall outlet. No rewiring your house for this one.Con:-Small chamber dimensions. Small work only.-Exterior of kiln gets extremely hot. I have received about 10 minor burns from operating this kiln without the maximum care being taken. Use thick gloves at all times.-This is a jewelry kiln so aside from being front loading, this has no QoL lampworking features at all.

Nice little starter kiln
I recently started with metal clay, and since torching made my pieces into lumps of silver, I looked at kilns. This one looked nice and simple, and the price was do-able, so I pulled the trigger. The instructions do say to heat it up once at first to get any manufacturing stuff off of it, and it did put out some flames - good thing I had it on a patio. Once whatever the stuff was that needed to burn off did, it was fine and I was able to get some pieces fired. It’s simple to use - just ramp it up according to your clay instructions (for example, set it to a temp and then once that’s achieved step it up again). I’ve fired several times and it worked fine each time. I’m hoping to try a little glass fusing also. Nice little kiln.

Broke after 8 uses
The product worked well when it was working but on my 8th time using it reached roughly 1700 degrees F and then stopped working
