NO DISCERNIBLE "IMPROVEMENT" IN BREAD AT ALL!!!!
I have tried this product a few times when I have made my own loaves of bread, but I have not been able to notice any discernible "improvement" in the bread at all, so I cannot really recommend this product at all, just a complete waste of money. It is why I have given this only one star (would have preferred to give this no stars at all instead).

Not sure what to say for this product
I've been a home bread maker for years, never had issue with my bread. A friend who is just start to make their own bread asked if I had ever used this type of product, my answer was no. I was curious to see what difference it makes, so bought this one.I've come to the end of the bag, I doubt I would buy it again, I didn't notice any difference at all. If you use decent high protein, strong flour, and a good quality yeast, personally I don't think it's necessary. But that's just my opinion. I couldn't see any improvement at all.
