DILISS Measuring Stainless Steel Engraved Spoons, Set of 5, Back

I purchased this set of measuring spoons as something for myself. I wanted a set of spoons with engraved markings as spoons with painted markings can wear off fairly quickly if washed in a dishwasher. I like the spoons I received as they are engraved and appear accurate when compared to my older KitchenAide set. However, the manufacturing process for these spoons does not appear to be the best as the set I received had several scratches (see pic) and the machining has left sharp feeling edges. The spoons I received, to me, feel of the quality you would get from an outlet/ scratch and dent store. The packaging is very generic too. I would recommend these measuring spoons to a cook/ baker for use in their own kitchen, but would not be comfortable presenting them as a gift.

These spoons are fine--nothing fancy. I needed a 1/2 TBSP measure, so this worked out, and for the price they are not bad. I am not clear on why they are "hand wash" only. It seems to me that stainless steel should go fine in the dishwasher. So I may try that anyway since it is simpler than washing by hand. But otherwise these fill a void that your usual four-spoon measurers do not.

The plastic ones had come with a flimsy plastic ring to hold them together. That lasted until the precise moment that I actually used the spoons. After that, they all slipped away over time to wherever lost spoons go.As I had more issues than their temporary nature with the plastic spoons--some things seemed to bond to the plastic, or corrode it--I decided to step up and go metal.I'm not gonna lie to you, the cost of this set of measuring spoons made me hem and haw over it. A lot. "Man, that's kind of a lot for measuring spoons," I kept muttering to myself. "I don't know. Maybe I should get the super-cheap add-on ones."But eventually I told myself, "Hopefully they will LAST," and clicked.They're good quality! The spoons are solid and the jump ring is even MORE solid. I think you could go mountain climbing with that thing. I haven't used them a ton yet, but nothing has yet stuck to or corroded them. The text on each spoon is very clear and readable. And they're so shiny. I like shiny things.

I needed measuring spoons where the numbers didn't rub off so decided stainless steel was a good way to go. the first time i put these in the dishwasher they came out rusted so i am not a happy customer. It says rust free and dishwasher safe in the description!Update: I was contacted by the company after posting the above review and they offered to replace or refund the spoons. They also changed the product description to say "Hand Wash Recommended" so I'm updating my 2 star review to 3. It was great customer service, but the 3 stars is because I still have to wash the spoons by hand.

Reasonable stainless spoons at a decent price. Prefer the Martha Stewart 6 spoon set I got from Macy's which are much sturdier/nicer feeling, but they do cost a bit more unless you find a good sale. I'm sure these will be perfectly durable and last a long time nonetheless. I do wish they had the option to buy an 1/8 tsp size as well. Very happy I finally got rid of my plastic set!

My sister had asked for a "good" set of stainless steel measuring spoons for Christmas. After much investigation, I decided on the Wrenwane set; I am SO glad that I did!! I ended up ordering a set for myself and I could not be happier. Not only are they incredibly sturdy, the measurements are engraved and the set includes the often overlooked 1/2 TBS. Hand washing is the only special care recommendation. I know my sister will be equally thrilled with them!! The customer service note included in the shipment was also first class! If not happy with your purchase, the company would like to deal with you directly, leaving the middleman out of the process...Great set of spoons! Perfect weight, accurate measurement, easy to clean and care for!

I expect everything related to food prep in my kitchen to be a workhorse - nothing is there for show. The Amazon listing says "Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for best results," but the packaging when you receive it clearly says "hand wash only". This makes no sense for such a common, heavy use item. So in the dishwasher they go, and I'll just have to cross my fingers that they hold up.

I bought these to go with my Bellemain Stainless Steel Measuring Cup Set and they make a great pair. These measuring spoons are of great quality, no visible welds, smooth handles, sturdy construction. They're light enough that you don't have to unhook them and use them separately. They come in all the sizes you need for every day use. The labels are etched into the handles and are easy to read. Wrenwane contacted me as soon as I ordered this set so I knew if I had any problems, it would not be hard to get them addressed. They are a very attentive company.I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a good, solid, practical set of measuring spoons.
