Philips Avent Glow-in-the-dark Night Time Soother (0 - 6 Months, Pack of 2)

Good soothers and arrived quickly. I have bought quite a few of these and as a product I think they are 5 stars but I adjusted my score to 4 stars as I think the glow in the dark part is a little over-sold. In order to glow the material needs exposure to light for a good while to 'charge' so when you first use it you can easily see the handle in the dark ( only the handle part is made of glow in the dark material) but if you need to go back during the night then it doesn't help at all as by then the 'charge' has run out and it looks like a normal soother.Otherwise they are good soothers, easy to wash and sterilise and they have the cover on them so you can keep them clean whilst out and about in case you need to use one.

Find these really good for the night. My 8 month old would wake up crying and want her dummy so I bought a few of these and scattered them around her cot and now she can find a dummy and self settle. It has saved me getting up in the night.

My daughter would only ever take Avent dummies so I was excited when I saw these glow in the dark ones hoping it would help me find them in the night. Unfortunately they don’t really glow much at all.

Perfectly designed soothers. My baby loves the feel of them and does definitely soothe her mind when required. The hygienic caps are a absolute godsend to help prevent bacteria to the dummy when it's not being used. Maybe a little expensive to some but these are the best brand and design so it's worth it.The only little concern is that they collect water within the dummy but these are recommended to be used up to one month and seem to do this after 6 weeks so that's probably why.

I like avent dummoes for their individual covers but these don't really glow in the dark, as the surface is too small (it's just the handle part). I ended up buying the mam glow in the dark ones - way better and come in a travel steriliser.
