2022 SUPERBOX S3 PRO - Free 8K HDMI Cable & Backlit Mini Keyboard

The item from the seller was not accurate. The Superbox was/has no PVR capability 7-day playback option? The mini-Remote added to the package deal was the old version i.e.: the color of the backlight? Also, some of the buttons do not work on the Mini. Seller is not willing to replace. Or is willing but only if I spend another 400+ dollars on another system! WHAT! Crazy. I do not recommend buy from this seller. Will not honor replacing a default non-working item, old item. Trying to resolve but will review this similar if not resolved soon! Very Disappointed with the service. I do Recommend SuperBox though.

Customer support response very quick and efficient. Ease of setting up and operation. Voice recognition very effective.

Nice product

I received the box a few days ago it was a minor issue with me receiving it which was due to my local post office which the seller was very nice and responded to all my messages. If you are looking to cut the cost of cable this is the box for you it has all your local channels and movie channels it also has tons of movies and tv shows.

When ordered all of the parts were sent piecemealed. But in messaging the company, they were responsive in answering me. Hookup was relatively easy after watching a YouTube video. Results were outstanding. Love the movie and channel options. Resolution is great. I have my tv directly linked to an Ethernet cable so no buffering, it is awesome! I am completely cable free and love the savings. REturn on my investment is 3 months based on my cable and box savings. Love it.
