Daughter loves it
My daughter had been asking for a hoverboard for a couple of years so I did a lot of research and landed on this model because it seemed sturdy, had a decent speed for and 11 year old and had pretty great battery life. Her face lit of big when she opened it and now we can't get her off of it. It's pretty hilarious some of the things she does on it. It has become an extension of her body. She accidentally spilled her water bottle on it and she had no problems with it afterwards. If your considering this hoverboard we highly recommend it.

Awful
I purchased for my eight-year-old grandson for Christmas. He opened it up Christmas Eve only to find that it was completely scratched up and did not work. Obviously, it was a return that someone put back in a box and sold again. and I purchased it a couple of months ago when I was doing my Christmas shopping, Amazon said it was in eligible for a return. I had purchased an extended warranty, thankfully. The nice customer service lady did have to contact a supervisor, and I will get most, but not all of my money back.

Sturdy! Love it!
The media could not be loaded. My son has autism and is rough on his hoverboards. A couple of them have cracked. I decided to look for an outdoor version. This is so much sturdier and well worth a little extra money. He loves hoverboards and rides as if it's an extension of his body. You can use the app to limit speed & adjust the lights, but it resets when it's turned off.

Quick and easy to learn and balance
This hoverboard has been a great purchase. My daughter liked it so much I bought a second one for my son. My daughter was able to learn it very quickly. She has had problems with other ones, but as soon as she got this one she had it figured out and was balanced within the same day. The carrying case comes in handy for traveling.

Won’t work after died
Worked great when we first bought for my sons birthday. Used if for maybe a week or 2. The board died and tried charging and it will not charge. The charger seems to be working as it’s turning green. We’ve tried everything to get this thing working. Will not cut back on. So it’s just broke.Guess we got a dud
