Good product, but overpriced. Very plain design.

Item arrived late

The zipper broke off completely on the first wash. Customer service phone number doesn't work. I bought this in January but didn't put it on a blanket until February and now returns are not an option. I feel cheated :(

Received mine just a few days ago. Is this duvet cover comfortable? Yes. Does it feel good on the skin? Yes.Is it authentic 100% Egyptian cotton? Maybe. The included “authentic seal of the Egyptian government” definitely makes you want to think so. However the seal is wrong, it’s the wrong color, and doesn’t include their license number in order to verify authenticity. So there’s no way to know for sure. Minus 1.5 stars for possibly false advertising.Is the stitching high quality? Not at all. One of the interior ties wasn’t stitched in at all, or came undone completely during transit, another is half way unstitched, and I think a third is starting to come unstitched. The only reason I’m even DEBATING keeping this cover is because it’s the exact perfect size for my duvet which means it has half a chance of staying in place and not bunching up if all the ties come apart... which is looking increasingly likely. Minus half a star.

This duvet is amazing! The cotton is perfect. The zipper is perfect. There was no smell at some other people falsely claimed. I am purchasing two more. I have used duvet covers all of my life and these are the best I have ever purchased for the price point. no wrinkles out of a hot dryer as others have also falsely claimed. Love this duvet cover!
