Lost 2 inches in a month wearing it everyday to work as I walk to work and workout at home I lost over 200 lbs wearing sweat gear and these shorts mold your body very well

I'm 190lbs and all my fat is in my belly and hips. I had gotten a larg/xlarge. It was too big for me. It didn't push earthing in like I had wanted. So I returned and got a Medium. It works great pushes it all in. Down side is it does roll down a little at the top and it's already starting to rip. I was able to hand sew it so it will still work for me.

I norm I normally wear a size extra-large. I have a big booty and wide hips. I am very curvy And weigh 210. So you will definitely need to size up one size. But when you do you will love love love this product and can get a little hot but so worth it. You can wear them alone. Good buy. Great quality. Better to hand wash for durability. Price point is great.

I love these. I’m purchasing a smaller size because the pair I bought is now a little to loose. Works great and definitely will make you sweat off water weight.

Im 5’5, 175lbs & bought a medium. Fit perfectly. It really holds in your mind section, even helps with hips, not too much on the legs which I like. Can wear under clothes for gym or daily activities if your looking to sweat!

this is awesome my first one i bought was my size and i should have gotten a medium- so i gave that one to my daughter and i got a medium and it was awesome- now i am buying another one in a small !!!! WINNING

These sweatpants are are sweat shorts so you can work out and makes it enhances the sweat aren't worth a damn they do not fit a normal person's body even my dog couldn't wear them because they're so small and I bought two sizes bigger but still didn't help me I don't recommend them at all they're no good no good

I am not satisfied with the fact that these have been worn and possibly washed via mashine. Tag is slightly ripped and showing that it has been washed. There's also area that is coming apart just at the bottom of the hook section that is not going to hold. I would like to have a replace with a brand new pair, if I rip something I keep it. It's not the best quality but I'm sure it will do what it claims I just don't like the fact this one has already been used. I will edit this upon trail of my exchange unit.
