I love my Cool Board, first is the quality is top -notch, the thickness of the wood, yes real wood and I love the way it feels on my bare feet on the blue ruff part and the wood; it's so nice and smooth. On the set that came with mine the red ball is red but it's the correct one for this set, so it's a thick hard rubber ball that you do not inflate this ball is solid, this is for certain of exercise I like the Cool Board Crunch, but you'll definitely want to refer to the Wobble Disk, now this one does inflate, but no worries you can just blow it up orally with your mouth this is plenty sufficient to put your Cool Board on and stand on to strengthen those calf, and core muscles the act of balancing targets. I've also notice other parts of my body a little sour like in my hips. I bought this to improve my balance, I'm super impressed with it cause my mom goes to physical therapy and she told me she seen them using a balance board, but there's was not as good as my Cool Board, she said the one they had was cheap looking and it did not have the 360 degrees feature that the Cool Board has with the ball. I like to use my watching TV or listening to music or one of my many books. It's so easy and convenient, when you're done it's easy to put up cause it's not that big.
