This cooling cap is fantastic. The weight and natural cool it holds is enough to bring relief without any long term cooling. I only chill it slightly before use rather than keeping it frozen. It seems very durable and fits great. I highly recommend it for those looking for migraine relief or even just a way to relax your head and mind behind a soothing weighted cap. I have migraines more than once a week. This thing helps much! You can leave your eyes uncovered and get the same relief, but pulling it down over your eyes when light becomes your enemy works brilliantly alongside the relief the fully wrapped head brings. In a pinch you can place it over your knee or ankle too.Also great if someone in your house bumps into a door. 😂

It’s good for relief but I wish it was more comfortable. It’s a literal ice pack on your head and absolutely no way I can sleep with this on during my extreme migraine attacks: too bulky.

I get bad migraines and this ice pack cap has worked wonders! It’s very comfortable and I love having a hands free ice pack. It stays on and keeps the light away. If you get headaches or migraines this is the product for you!

This ice cap was disappointing for me. There are pros though & I’ll start with that. The design is great for women who have long hair and want to pull their pony tail through the top rather than pulling over their head (especially thick hair peoples). However, the fit is small and the ice packs don’t stay cold very long. I have a head on the smaller side. Standard hats/caps are usually too large, so I was surprised that this fit so snug. The ice pack has a drawstring so I assumed it would be roomy and I could tighten it with the drawstring, but instead I can’t wear it during every migraine bc it is a bit snug. If my headache is mid-skull/ temple area, then I can’t wear this. If only my eyes and forehead hurt , I can kind of let it hang off my head and manipulate it to fit if ONLY while lying down, and still it’s only 1/2 the pack I get to utilize. For me, I returned this item as I wanted to be able to wear it when first sign of a migraine, during, or after and while upright or walking around. If you have a LARGE head- this is def NOT for you.

I have to take it out of the freezer to thaw a while before I can use it. Too much ice at once.

It works for us both frozen and room temperature. It’s held up for 2 months with daily use. It was nicely packaged with care.

I don’t like ice packs for migraines and my husband does. So this was a very convenient and practical buy. I use it heated up and he uses it cold. It’s a great purchase and sooo worth it.
