This product is used in a 5th wheel trailer.

It was a little smaller than my original one but was easy to hook up & tested fine.

it saved us we bumped the gas on while camping and we where in bed and it saved use while sleeping best money i have spent

when looking for a co2 sensor this product came up and I bought it by mistake. (it looks just like my old co2 sensor) it is a propane sensor.

purchased 2 seasons ago, necessary item if you have propane equipment in a travel trailer... works well, hardwires to trailer wiring, no extra batteries to buy... LP monitors in general only have a valid life of 5 years.. inexpensive replacement for your old detector which may be going off for no reason or won't tell when there really is a problem. Be sure to mount at floor level as propane has a highier density than air and sinks to the floor.

I got the product I wanted, but no thanks to every site visited looking for the perfect replacement part for my RV propane detector -- including the Mfg. site!! This product is exactly 6 1/8" l X 1 7/8"w X 1 1/4"d. NOT the huge dimensions listed. I took a gamble on the photos shown. On arrival, it happened to be exactly the replacement part I wanted

Same size and mounting holes as the old unit. I read the instructions and noticed that these units should be replaced after about 5 years. Didn't know that. The failed unit was dated 2003. Good thing I never had a gas leak.
