I ordered 2, one for each of my dogs. (7 & 9lb Chi's) who act like eating is a competition of who can finish first, sometimes causing them to hack from inhaling their food as opposed to actually eating it. At first I thought they might hate it because of the work involved to get to their food, but they don't seem to mind at all, and it has definitely slowed them down to a healthier eating rate! Thus far I feel like it was well worth the money and the 3 week wait, due to it shipping from China.

I guess you could consider this durable if you had a small dog. My dogs like to chew on the bowls if I'm not watching and it's hard plastic and basically shatters. But it does slow them down while eating.

I love this bowl for my dog! It slowed her eating down by 5 minutes, which is exactly what we needed. The description says 2 cups, but I think one cup at a time, for my size, is the best way to get the full benefit of the bowl.

This dog food bowl is awesome!! I got it for my dog who eats his food like a vacuum cleaner. This has made him slow down so much and made him feel better after eating. I would definitely recommend this!

tried it as soon as we got it, loved it, our little daschund gobbles his food so fast he doesn't realize he is full, put this down, threw his food into it and he had to slow down and eat, the other two doggies were done and looking at him, and i think he enjoyed the challenge of it as well, highly recommend, it is smooth surface and will wash well, and non skid bottom keeps the bowl in place
