Yet another excellent, comprehensive and easy to digest piece of work from Freeman Publications.I’ve been trying to DIY-educate myself on Crypto investing for a while now, and have purchased a number of other books (some particularly for women 👠). They were supposed to help me meander through the concepts of crypto in an easy way... Well, my suspiciously non-superior brain 🧠 was left even more frazzled by the complicated explanations and industry jargon...I thought there was no hope, and just blindly carried on buying meme-tokens, praying that the price will miraculously 🚀 to the moon (and all that 💎 🙌🏻). Obviously that didn’t happen... and I luckily managed to dodge the SQUID 🦑However, I set myself a goal for 2022, which was to overcome my fear of the unknown, sit down and learn from someone who knows...Biggest 5 learnings from this book:- invest wisely (make informed decisions)- be patient (quick results are often a scam)- get help from the experts ( all in this book ⬇️ 📖 )- don’t follow the hype- know your stuff - don’t be a victim of scams(extremely valuable advice!)The book is simply written, everything is explained very clearly, some excellent recommendations made. (And a few predictions... 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻)It truly is the only book you need. Full stop.Here’s to the next 10 years into the new world of crypto investing! 🥂 🪙

Quite a slim volume that’s begun to curl up but it’s readable and accessible, however it’s already two years old it seems

It gave me good clarity on so confusing MY plus what to watch out for and it's downsides of investing in cryptocurrency. Not so much to avoid but to listen from a different perspective as most of article, videos and influencers we see out there only talks about the positive side. To be able to consciously invest (and I mean this word 'invest'), the first thing I've learned is to watch out for all the possible ways that it can go wrong and this book provides me that. Now I am empowered to continue with my own research and make better decisions. I'm still investing only 1% of my portfolio, still early stages, undoubtedly crypto is here to stay, so I'll play the game and I hope your 2022 predictions are right. 😀

This is a good introduction to crypto investing and is written in Freeman's easy-to-read style. I've read quite a few of their investing books and find them all interesting (even if they don't tell you how to get the money to invest in the first place!). In this book though, the concise writing style struggles to effectively explain the complexities of cryptocurrency in some areas, particularly NFT's. Having said that, it is an enjoyable read and covered all the pros and cons of investing in cryptocurrency. It was frustrating as a reader from the UK though, that the pension investing and tax advice was skewed largely for the US market.

I’m a brand new investor into the crypto market . I only started my investment journey early March 2022 so I needed to do sufficient research before continuing and this book has helped a complete rookie like myself a lot, with industry terminology and investment strategies. It’s especially hard to find books that have specifics about UK law in regards to crypto and this book has that . There book about Bitcoin is next on my list . Also thanks for getting me a free £10 return on investment via the Coinbase questions lol

Very informative book about bitcoin and whole crypto universe. Gives you lots of information and is very easy to read. All about Blockchain and much more. I have to read it again

I knew everything in this book before I read it, I've done intense research and investing into crypto for over a year but I like freeman publication books becouse they can word things in a way that makes you think. Although I do my own independent research. I don't think you can ever read enough about crypto currency. And for a begginer freeman publications books are probably the best. Although I would like to mention I think XRP has considerable potential and I invest in so I disagree with not investing in it but it's personal choice. Not financial advice

I came to this short book with a raft of questions about crypto. Among them: Why would someone want to invest in crypto (or not)? What is the blockchain, exactly? Are either genuinely useful? Does crypto have any true fundamentals, or does it trade on the “greater fool” theory? What is the best strategy for buying it, and how much of it should make up a portfolio? And what on earth is an NFT, anyway?By some miracle, this book answered all of my questions and then some.After a concise introduction to cryptocurrency and blockchain basics and an overview of the crypto/blockchain ecosystem—including the development of altcoins, the creation of the Ethereum network, and application of blockchain technology to the cloud computing, financial and gaming spaces—it provides solid guidance on altcoins (including the ones to avoid), blockchain-related stock and ETF investing (and pitfalls), Non-Fungible Tokens and how to navigate the NFT space if you must, much-appreciated sections on crypto retirement accounts and taxes, and an eye-opening examination of crypto scams, including the recent Squid Game debacle.This book also provides access to a YouTube video that further explores the blockchain and crypto basics covered in the book as well as additional videos that demonstrate crypto wallet setup and management. (These are included among the bonus materials offered in the introductory section of the book.)Although the author does mention a few reputable crypto exchanges throughout the book, I would have liked a more concentrated focus on what to look for in them and what to guard against as he’s done in the section on crypto retirement accounts. That said, based on the book, what he’s mentioned on the accompanying crypto profit video, and the reviews I’ve read online, I think I’ve made my choice of exchange that’s best for me.I recommend this book for those with at least some stock investment experience. (The author himself discourages brand-new investors from starting with crypto.) If you’re completely new to investing, I recommend first reading his 8-Step Beginner’s Guide to Investing and Bear Market Investing Strategies (both of which I own) and possibly The Only Bitcoin Investing Book You’ll Ever Need (which I don’t).I was tempted to get started in crypto investing near the end of 2021, but I couldn’t pull the trigger, sensing I needed more information. (And given the recent price plunge alone, I’m glad I didn’t.) This book provided the balanced, reasonable overview I needed to get started.So, why would you want to invest in crypto? If you want in on a potentially life-changing asset class created via a revolutionary technology that’s here to stay, you would. But if you can’t stomach volatility, don’t have money to lose, or couldn’t smell a scam even after it’s been laid out for you here, stay awaaaaay.

I had Zero knowledge in Crypto market before I bought this book. While this book didn't convert me into some Crypto Expert, but definitely I now know a lot about Cryptocurrency, Different Coins, Blockchains, Future of Crypto and even Possible Scams in this Market. This book gives very detailed information about the above mentioned subjects that too with examples. For me, this book has served the purpose of Knowing about Cryptocurrency and the markets related. Recommended for every Beginner.
