So far so good with this frother. Easy to use. Use it to heat my creamer rather than get my coffee cold. Also, cold foam. Solid device and does what it should.

I wish I would have done more research on a good frother as this one stopped working after only a few times I used it, I loved it when it did work because it had a hot/cold feature and everything was great until about the 5-6 use and it just stopped working I would just invest in a brand name and spend a little more next time

It worked great for about 100 uses (weekends for a year), and then the agitator stopped working.

Works perfectly! I have been using it daily for a month. Similar quality to the Nespresso one you can find on their site for $99. Trick is NOT over fill it (there are marks inside for frothing and not frothing, just heating without the frother attachment).It makes drinking coffee so much better than just creamer. Come out HOT - which is a bonus adding to hot coffee.A healthier option, is to mix some 1% milk + a little bit of your favorite creamer - amazing and low calorie. FYI - the marks inside will make enough milk/creamer froth for 2-3 cups. You have to cover the SPRING/Frother with milk/creamer - otherwise it won't work.Cleaning - Super easy to rinse out and towel dry. Plus, take the frother attachment out every time, rince under hot water and let air dry.

Froth very stiff

The media could not be loaded. I had a battery operated frother before getting this one. This is a life changer because it warms up the milk. Or if you just want to froth the cold milk you can do that too. I do recommend this product. Super foamy milk and just the right temp.
