This fit my ISUP very well. It is a monsoon.Took a bit to get the straps adjusted with a fishing full life vest but was comfortable while paddling. This attached to my board in a place which made switching from standing, kneeling, and sitting a breeze.Quality was good.

I got this to rig out my daughters Lifetime Youth 6' kayak. It was just a molded recess for her bottom and I wanted to make it more comfortable for her. Only modifications I had to make was to add two pad eyes to the rear for the straps coming off the back of the seat. Adding the pad eyes (clip loops) is very simple. Don't let that scare you. Just drill two 3/8" holes slip in a rubber well nut and screw down the pad eye.The seat- very happy with the way it stays in position once the straps are tightened up and offers the ability to lean back against the back rest. The cushioning is not very thick and for me as an adult I'd like a whole lot more but for my kids it's perfect and adds relief to keep their "buts from being on fire" as my daughter puts it. It can be easily removed if need be and put back on the kayak just as quick. I was surprised to find a zippered pocket on the back. Not sure if that was listed in the description and I just missed it or maybe they didn't say anything about it. Either way it's handy and she is already making plans on what to store in it. I personally see that as a good place for a drink bottle holder. This order was a test to see how it works but I'll be ordering two more ASAP for my twin boys kayaks. They are very jealous of their sisters kayak getting the seat modification first. I have included pictures.Edit: to say I have since ordered and installed two more seats and the boys are very happy. These really are good seats. When the kayaks are not being used I remove the seats so the kayaks can be stacked on top of each other. But it's so easy to do it's not an issue.

Fits fine, works pretty well, but needs a securing strap at the bottom of the bottom part to prevent it from skootching forward.

Got for a gift, they love it, works great. Good adjustable straps.

Might work well for others. But did not really provide the back support I was hoping for

Love this kayak seat! My daughters kayak just had the stock back support with no real seat. It was so hard to adjust and get comfortable. This seat is exactly what we needed! Easy to adjust and offers great back support. The bottom of the seat is the same slippery nylon material as the top and backrest, so we did pop-rivet it to the kayak so it doesn't move around. I do recommend doing this. We cut 2 small holes in the material, right where the seat meats the backrest, and riveted it to the kayak using a washer between the rivet and the seat to be sure the rivet doesn't pull through the seat. The set can easily flip up for easy cleaning.
