I am quite impressed with the build quality. I opted for the 68” cause I wanted to stay dry in downpours as I plan on taking public transportation to and from work.Construction quality is great. There’s no bend or flex in the shaft nor the umbrella spines. I love how clicking the button gives you this slow release than turns into a catapult. It really comes off as like a jet airliner ramping up the engines before takeoff.Functionality it works as it should. Keep in mind I did opt for the 68” specifically for its size and it kept me bone dry in a very hard but brief downpour. Clearly the rain clouds were not happy that I showed up carting this beast.One of my favorite features was the carrying case and straps. I literally wear this thing like a backpack while carrying my lunch and work materials to and from the job site. Without it I would end up treating this thing like a walking stick. It is very long.I would definitely be mindful of your size selection if you live in a congested busy environment. This umbrella commands space and if you’re gonna be that guy who shows up to the Prius party in your lifted big foot monster truck yah you’re not gonna make much friends. Though on the flip side, if you see someone cowering from the from rain, you can be that special someone to show up and save the day! G4 offers other sizes. Updated post:I've updated from 1 star to 4 stars. I really did like the umbrella originally. It opens easily. The wind resistant design is generally good. The handle is comfortable. If I had one suggestion to improve the umbrella it would be to have the umbrella close at the push of the button. It only opens with the button push and you have to close it manually which isn't always easy with an umbrella that big if you're carrying things. Based on my original post, the seller did contact me and offered to replace the umbrella. Hopefully my experience will guide their customer service to honor *hassle free* their "lasts a lifetime" and "100% money back guarantee" claim for future buyers of this umbrella.Original Post:It started off great and held up for a year. This golf umbrella is awesome for tall people. Or tall and large people. It’s much wider than a standard umbrella. I like the double layer design that acts as a buffer for the wind. I like that it’s automatic open, and it opens really quickly so that comes in handy while getting out of a vehicle. The straight handle makes it easy to use as a cane, especially when zipped up inside the enclosed sheath . Very nice umbrella. Good value and seems to be good quality.

Really nice umbrella, I bought it for my gun cart so I would have shade during competitions. This thing is massive and has enough shade for 2 people comfortably, maybe 3, but its going to catch a lot of wind so make sure you have a way to secure it.

Even tho I got the wrong size it still works well, durability is great & being water resistant is a plus.
