I needed something to fill the hollow of my back while sitting on the road or on a flight.The size of this pillow and its shape is very awkward to use or to find a comfortable position while seated.It might be more comfortable to some back shapes.I relearned it.

The billow case is pretty poor , however the functionality of the product is great
