Review of the e-book.
As I am interested in Chakras (and use them in my work), so I bought this ebook as I was extremely interested in learning about how the Celts used them. However, I was very disappointed with the book. Firstly, there are a lot of typos. Another issue is where the author uses capitals to make a reference or point. All of these (and there are a lot) are broken - an example of this is as follows = C HAKRAS. And where the author uses a table to show information, the tables do not line up, including some of the table headers. Often the table breaks on a page, so you have to skip over a page find the next piece of information - frustrating on an ebook. I also found the illustrations that are used to be very poor.Secondly on the content. The author uses repetition throughout the book, which I found very annoying (and a page filler?). Much of the information in the book is about Celtic history and used to state why the author thinks they used Chakras. However, I would have preferred if the author 'showed me' rather than 'told me', ie I've done loads of research etc and therefore it is. I would have liked - here's an example, it was found in this site on this object, and it looks as though it could be related to energy systems or chakras, and here's why. Sometimes the author seems to skip about with her information. She starts with a point in one chapter then she goes on to something else, only to come back to the original point in a later chapter.I really would expect a book on Celtic Chakras to have given me more regarding evidence of the Celts using it, why they used it and how.

This book is more of an intent for a personal link between the westernised modern view of the 7 chakras and what is a personal interpretation in a western modern mind of what a three system chakra could look like within this system
Unfortunately not what I was looking for. Using the three cauldrons or Chakras of the Celtic tradition has no relation to what is written in this book. This book is more of an intent for a personal link between the westernised modern view of the 7 chakras and what is a personal interpretation in a western modern mind of what a three system chakra could look like within this system. However the Celtic three chakras system is a totally different way of looking at the human energetic body with fundaments found in ancient Indian philosophy. I do recommend that if you, like me, want to find out more about this three chakra system, (which is separate but can be worked in parallel with the 7 or 12 chakra system), do look for the information available out there.

A useful book, explaining the Celtic approach to chakras which deepened my knowledge gained from yoga. Fascinating to think British ancestors were also exploring this ancient wisdom. Luckily, I have the knowledge from other sources to know what to do with the information gained through the meditation on the chakras. The book would be improved by some detailed guidance on how to put theory into practice in this area. However, the book is full of interesting experiments and meditations so I would still recommend it.

Eye opening
Really interesting. The ideas in this are correlating with things I had known. So its opened another door for me. Confirmed what I felt. It’s given me more confidence because it’s not just other cultures’ ideas, it’s universal and cultures in the West have their knowing too.I would have liked it to be longer.

Pure fantasy and rife with cultural appropriation.
No-one with any respect for authentic Irish tradition should entertain this volume.
