Just want to pretend I don’t work hard everyday
I do a lot of work with my hands, in 25 years of marriage I have had to have my wedding ring repaired and completely rebuilt three times. I custom designed the last refit with the goal of near indestructibility in mind and it has for the last ten years held up. In between patient care, carpentry, landscaping and gardening, every so often I find myself wanting to feel slightly more dainty and refined… but I’d rather spend my money on my truck than a tiny piece of jewelry I could easily break and or lose. The idea of moissanite in affordable and practical sterling silver was checking a lot of boxes for me. I chose this one because it was offered in a six prong setting and other reviewers had mentioned the profile was reasonable. I only intend to use this ring for “dress up” but let’s face it, I’m not the most graceful woman on the planet, I don’t need anything sticking so far off my hand that it’s going to catch a wall corner or run my stockings. I also chose this ring because I had already picked out a ring guard/enhancer I loved and was looking for an ideal centerpiece; I think the two designs complement each other well. First impressions: arrived clean, setting is well done, symmetrical, polished, the tiny side stones are set evenly and their color is appropriately for the center stone. I ordered the 2 carat size, I have large hands so I thought I could pull it off. I think the style cut isn’t as well suited for a stone this size as it would be on a smaller stone, the planes are too broad. My previous natural diamond (not the one in the comparison picture) had been double faceted and was really amazing in a half carat…I think that cut would be just lethally gorgeous in a stone this large. As is, this 2 carat moissanite seems a little underwhelming when you look straight down into it. That said, it does catch light and sparkle nicely. Do I like it? Yes! Do I like it as much as my natural diamond…probably not. perhaps it’s personal taste, but the inherent flaws of the natural stone do add something, a kind of depth of character and unique story - but maybe I’m also projecting 25 years of happy marriage into my old stone as well, I am a sentimental soul. I really like this ring, but I honestly think it would look more beautiful in the smaller carat weights and would be a very smart choice for an actual bridal set…for a more careful, lady-like woman…or any brute like me who can at least remember to take her rings off before getting to work. In the beauty bang for buck category this ring is a winner, hands down. Should any of my daughters start thinking about getting married I would encourage them to consider something like this.I tried to take pictures that gave an idea of the profile height, how it looks in a one-piece enhancer, the scale of the 2 carat stone. My hands are large, I wear a size seven surgical glove, size seven ring. I ordered this ring in a 7 and find it fits loose, I don’t know if I could have gone down a full size, but a 6.25 or 6.5 would have fit better. Silver is an easy to work with metal and having this ring resized wouldn’t be a big deal if needed. My actual wedding ring in the picture is a natural 0.8 round/standard brilliant cut in a full bezel setting- the metal is two-tone white and rose gold- it hasn’t been cleaned or polished in a dog’s age but I think you can see that the sterling silver of the review ring would be dignified up against any traditional metal band you might already have or care to place with it. I got this for fun, something well beyond my usual kind of dress, for that purpose this is like wildly exceeding expectations, but I also think it could be a great choice for many other reasons. I encourage you to try it out, maybe you love it forever, maybe it’s great for temporary…either way if you should be disappointed, Amazon returns are easy. Oh, I forgot, the ring did come with paperwork…what that is worth… I have no idea. I don’t have anyway to magnify sufficiently to see if the stone is actually etched with the serial number on the certificate. What would it get me if it does? At this price point, if something happens to it, it’s no big deal to replace it. I don’t really think the “data” is important/meaningful whether it’s legit to the actual stone or the same generic values printed on every single card. My natural diamonds all came with fancy documents with blown up photos and serial numbers etc… you know how many times I looked at those papers? Once, when I bought the stone, never looked at the paperwork again. If you like something it’s because it speaks to you. You don’t need someone else’s validation, you get to choose what makes you feel happy!

Simply gorgeous
I am beyond impressed and happy with this ring. It is just perfect and as I was imagining it. Delicate and classy. The cut of moissanite is just gorgeous. It came with its transparency label, certificate and ring case to keep it once not in use. However, what makes this a 100/10 purchase was the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of its customer service. The first order didn’t match my ring size and the customer service was very helpful in getting me the right one.A gift for yourself or someone special you will not regret.I have chubby small hands and the 1ct. Is the perfect size. Not too small, not too big, not to flashy, simply perfect. I initially ordered a1.5ct and it was too big for my hand.P.S. if you don’t know your size go to a jewerly and go check it out with a ring sizer, it is the best way to avoid mistakes

Gorgeous ring that sparkles like nothing I've ever seen.
The media could not be loaded. This ring is beautiful!I tried to get the sparkle in the video. It showed some of it but times it by 10 for the naked eye. The video doesn't do it justice at all.For some jewelry comparison, I was married for 12 years (divorced now yay). My wedding band and engagement ring were $15,000. They were beautiful but obviously insanely expensive.I am with the love of my life now and we have different priorities as far as money is concerned than when we were much younger. We decided together to find something more affordable than a diamond but I still wanted something that looked like a diamond. I like sparkly things.I wear a lot of silver jewelry and I am usually good at finding the quality metals based on reviews etc. so I wasn't worried about that part too much.I had never heard of moissanite before 3 weeks ago. This stone is GORGEOUS and sparkles unlike anything I've ever seen. It's hypnotic to look at and the price is unbelievable. This particular ring is so pretty. It's exactly what I wanted. I got the 1ct it's just the size I like. I chose this ring also because it is 6 prong. My old engagement ring was platinum so I wasn't ever worried about the diamond becoming loose or falling out. With this being silver I know it's possible to bend the prongs with enough force so the 6 prong just makes me feel more comfortable. I have kids and bang my hands in to stuff a lot.I've only been wearing it for a week and so many people have noticed it and they all say how pretty it is. I don't volunteer the info that it's not a diamond and they don't ask. It's unbelievable to me that this gem is so affordable and so beautiful. We're going to get a thin eternity band with moissanite stones for my wedding ring.Should something change in the future with the durability or quality of the ring I'll update my review but as for now I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

Sparkly stone, scuffed band
I am giving the benefit of the doubt that I was simply shipped the wrong style, as I see others’ pictures with a similar band to pictures, instead falling for of false advertising. Trying to rate the ring itself, not the mixup.I received a simple silver band instead of one with embedded stones. Band has a lot of deep, visible scratch marks - I would not have kept it for this reason even if I had intended to get this style. Would not have bothered me if it was only on the bottom (underside of finger) as would have been on ordered style. Stone had a lovely sparkle though certainly different from diamond, which I expected. I would say it has more of a blue/green sparkle that seems to flash brighter. Most people won’t immediately notice the difference, if you’re hoping to have it fly under the radar.I had intended to wear this while traveling; ordered a larger size than my normal ring because my fingers swell in heat. Overall I think I would have been happy with the ordered style I paid (a bit more than $40). I would not pay the same price for the style I received.

Pretty & real looking!
The media could not be loaded. Bought as a back up, to wear in the summer to beaches etc! Really pleased with the quality. Not fading or scuffing, super sparkly!
