I bought a set of these originally for myself but then got a second set for my mom after she asked about mine during a visit. I've had my set for over a year and they've lasted through three moves, multiple car rides where they've been half-smushed under the lid of center console so I can keep my phone hooked up and charged during trips. They haven't kinked, unraveled or otherwise broken during use. One of them has some teeth marks on the lightning connector end thanks to my cat but otherwise it's in good shape. I have had one give out on me after being my main car cable for over 8 months. I figure one of the internal wires got messed up from being crushed by the center console lid all the time (my car doesn't have a built-in opening for the cable to come through and leaving the lid open 24/7 just isn't happening). My mom loves her set, too, and hasn't had any complaints. The cable length is just long enough for me to be able to charge my phone while laying in bed without having to lean over the edge. The pink is a little more color than I originally wanted but it's grown on me. I'd definitely recommend this product.

One year later only one of the three is working. Started as a short on the end that goes into phone. Maybe awkward bending of wire while using while charging? The only one that survived is the one in car. Since it isn’t used while charging, there’s no bending of the wire. Good buy if you never use while charging. If apple would put their charge port somewhere else, it wouldn’t bend as much putting stress on internal wires. Will buy again because they’ve outlasted all the others.

I was very happy with this product up until yesterday when they stopped working. My iPhone 6 and iPad will no longer charge with these cables. So for the 4 months of use I am pleased but for the untimely demise of these cables I am very disappointed.

The first of three worked well. I threw it away after It twisted too much where it connected to iPhone (still worked). It worked well for a very long time. The second one worked for a time. Now I need to shut my IPhone down and restart to get it to recognize it and charge. The third one did not work at all. I should have tried them all out when I purchased them.

I thought hey, these are some pretty cool looking, sturdy cords - I'll buy some! Problem is, when I first plugged them into my car and PC, they wouldn't connect and refused to be recognized by either. SO I just use them for charging and nothing else.

It is definitely not good. They have barely lasted me for a month. I use an iPhone 6 and althought this did work, all 3 of them messed up pretty fast. The only pro thing is that they're cheap and probably for those who get desperate for a cheap charger for the moment.

Wife does not use anymore. Two iPhone 6s plus's have been fried and the only change was using these chords. After the second replacement the wife quit using these chords and have not had to replace any more iPhones

2 of my 3 cords stopped working. the plug head turned dark instead of copper.i was so excited to have them because they look great. but contacts must be poor quality.
