Their initial meetings are fun to watch and the mystery surrounding the final business partner is thankfully not nail biting anxiety building one. A very good HEA read .

I really enjoyed this book, loved the characters and the well thought out storyline- especially the few twists.Thus is well written with such emotion and detail, you won’t be able to put it down - I couldn’t.I loved the romance and the steam in this book, the sexual tension throughout was off the charts.I look forward to reading many more books from the author

Dexie is very good at designing bespoke handbags she works full time during the day but her dream is to work full time on her bags all she needs is someone to invest in her dream . She’s just moved into a flat but it’s a bit run down but she fell in love with the layout of the place, as there’s no blinds on the large windows Dexie is somewhat exposed . Unbeknown to her gorgeous neighbour Rocco Jones across the way has noticed her and they begin to flirt whilst both are standing by the windows . Rocco Jones is a business man , entrepreneur and has a finger in many businesses he’s also very loyal to his close family and he has an adorable grandmother, Rocco is one of four people who actively look for people to invest in . Little does Dexie know that she’s about to come face to face with her handsome neighbour who’s been flirting with her since she’s moved in . Things seem to be going well for Rocco & Dexie it’s not long before they can’t get keep their hands off one another but of course there’s a few blips on the horizon for the couple before they get to where their supposed to be . If like me you’ve read all Deborahs books you’ll know that she always puts a few characters from previous novels which is nice . Waiting patiently now for the next one 😍.

I don't know how I came across this book but I'm glad I did. I absolutely loved the love story of Dexie and Rocco.It began with 2 strangers catching each others eye from their apartment window.It was slow burn and the Steamy scenes were just perfect.I felt everything with these characters and that's when I know the author is really good. My 1st book of this author but I think I'm a fan now

A wonderfully simple read. Straight forward romance. A delightful HEA. Rocco a wealthy investor . Dexie a newbe starting out on her dream to launch her very own handbags that she has been designing and manufacturing for a while part-time. The two live opposite each other in two different apartment blocks, but are visible to each other due to the lack of curtains in Dexie’s flat. The sparks begin and romance blossoms. The characters are lovable, believable, with commitment issues and secrets. However love can conquer all if it is meant too. A fabulous gentle warm glowing book.

Book was amazing, as i say abiut all of Deborah's books. I am a huge fan of her writing and i find all her stories captivate me. I get so engrossed in her books that i end up reading all night and finishing most of her books in one sitting. Definitely a must read. The story was amazing and you get hooked and can feel the love and passion between Dexie and Rocco.
