ASP Prep Book: Study Guide with Practice Test Questions for the Associate Safety Professional Certification Exam [Includes Detailed Answer Explanations]

This is a great little study guide. It includes formulas and basic illustrations to help understand the material. The practice tests are an added bonus. It’s easy to read and follow along.

I studied using this book, the Yates book and pocket prep. I started April of this year and tested last month. I passed on my first attempt and this book was helpful!I didn’t give it a five star due to the spelling errors found in the beginning and then throughout the book. Felt unprofessional BUT the content was quality!

This book has good coverage of all the main areas of ASP exam and easy to read. Be prepared to dive into alot of information compressed into one.

This book starts out without any reference to subject matter does not have basic definitions and most my students chose a different manual and reported that they were discouraged instantly from the first chapter! Ended up going with a different teaching manual due to so many complaints

This book is a great study buddy to have if you need any review before you take your test. This book not only gives you practice questions that can be found on your upcoming test, but breaks down and explains the correct answers. If you struggle with any aspect of your upcoming test, this book is worth buying!! I would recommend this book to anyone with test anxiety or just someone that wants a last minute review. Not only does the book help with review, but it walks the reader through test taking tips that work well if you have any trouble when testing (testing anxiety).

It covers all the subjects needed for the ASP test, as well as a sample test with the answers. And unlike some other books, this guide also provides explanations for why a certain answer is the correct one. This book also offers studying time-lines and test-taking strategies. This guide is designed to help you pass that ASP exam.

If you need to take the ASP exam, this is the book to use to review for the test. It very thorough, well organized so you can find what you want right away, easy to read with a generous use of equations, illustrations and graphs that may prove to be helpful to the reader. Every good study book should include practice questions and answer and this book includes them.
