Excellent customer service
I bought the charger in mid December 2022. The charger unexpectedly died in mid February. I contacted the seller, and they immediately shipped a new replacement with no questions asked. The replacement works perfectly. Overall I know unexpected stuff happens with electronics, and I'm very happy with the customer service.

Charger is well working

Owned two and both broke - Cheaply made and WILL break easily
The smaller wire that attaches to the charging block comes loose very easily. If you apply any starin to the cord it will loosen the cord and it will stop working. We only used this charger a handful of times on our devices and it stopped working. Buy a better quality plug. Cheaply made. Don't waste your time.

Same Function, 1/3 the Cost
As far as I can tell, this charger performs as well as the original, which cost three times as much. The failure point in the original charger is the flawed USB-C mini plug, which fails to connect reliably after some routine use and occasional accidental abuse. This USB-C plug fit securely and the laptop no longer complained "slow charger, use an original factory charger" as it did about the original factory charger.

Charges phones so fast
We only use these laptop style charges for our phones now because they are so fast! Seem to break less easily too. Only downside is they are more bulky.

Worked for 6 months
Bought 2 chargers at same time , one of them failed in less than a year and I rarely used them.Update :Changing to 4 star as the seller was communicating well to resolve the issue and sent a replacement as part of warranty

Works as it should
I needed a second usb-c charger for my laptop. This worked very well.

After buying 4 in a year- I am done
These are cheap. I bought 4 in the past year- they work for about 2 months then quit. I got less than 8 hours use out of the 4th one and won't use this brand again.
