These seem to give me more energy.I'm 72 and feel great taking these

Right the the very first day, I felt like I had more energy during the day and I seem to be sleeping better at night. I love this product alot. Wish is was a little less pricey tho.

I was surprised that these did nothing for me for weight loss. I’m in menopause and eat less now than before menopause and have gained 40lbs. These didn’t do anything and you take 3at a time. Going to try one a day metabolize.

So I have been hearing a lot lately about Chromium and that it can help you with some weight loss. When I saw these Metabolic Booster Multi-Vitamins and noticed they had Chromium, I jumped on the oppurtunity to give it a shot. First off, you need to take THREE pills a day (a bit extreme if you ask me!) but it's what needed to be done so I did it. I took these for the entire 30 days and I did notice positive benefits. Right off, my energy levels went up and I felt motivated and driven yet calm and collected. Absolutely no racey or jittery feelings. So that was really a huge bonus and honestly my favorite thing about these. The listing says you'll "burn approximately 104 calories over a 4hr period". Well, I have no way to gauge that but what I can say is that it's probably true because these give you a boost to move. I personally have lost a few pounds while on these but I was also taking other supplements, so I can't say for sure that these did it - only that I was in fact taking these and lost weight at the same time. I do believe these had a part in it as they kept me motivated to move and drink water. With that being said I would absolutely buy these again if it was not $2/day ($59.99 for a 30 day supply). If this is in your budget and you need good clean energy and maybe could lose a few pounds, I would recommend you give them a try. They are not diet pills but may actually work better, and I feel absolutely fantastic all the way around when I take them.
