R&M International Snowflake Cookie Cutters, Assorted Designs and Accents, 5-Piece Set

I got these to make salt dough ornaments for the Christmas tree and these cookie cutters were absolutely perfect! I really love that they come in such different sizes with the biggest cutter being as big as my hand (much bigger than I had expected). That way, I could put the smaller snow flakes on the top of the tree and the big ones at the bottom. As you can use the smaller snowflakes and the three separate little cutters to cut parts out of the big snow flakes, this gives you a lot of variations. With salt dough, one can make really fragile and complicated ornaments with these cutters.I have not used the cookie cutters for making real, edible cookies. I guess if one uses dough that rises even a little bit, some of the nice details of these cutters might get lost. I would think that the resulting cookies would still be very beautiful and special. I am sure that we will be using these cutters a lot for future Christmases.

This set has 5 cutters- 3 are snowflakes of different sizes, and the other 2 are "detail cutters".The snowflake cutters are nicely done, and look decorative and festive with no additional work, except perhaps some icing.The "detail" cutters are mostly going to work only with the largest snowflake cutter. It would have been nice to have another small one that would work with at least the medium snowflake.All the cutters are sturdy and well-made, and the box holds them nicely.

These work wonderfully. They give nice clean shapes and hold up really well. I have had them for over a year now and love them. I use them for cookies as well as for cutting fruit shapes. They cut through pineapple without any issues at all. With all the included pieces you can make any snowflake you want. I would recommend this product for any kitchen because of the versatility of the metal and how well it holds up to all different food products.

Super cute for the holidays! Remember to hand wash as recommended by the seller. One reviewer noted that the Polish/finish started to come off when she put hers through the dish washer. Also I love the container it comes in, perfect for easy storage so you don’t lose the little decorating pieces.

I had a set of these for a long time & they finally needed to be replaced. This set arrived in perfect condition & works perfectly! I sell gorgeous snowflake cookies & I couldn’t do it without these cookie cutters!

I wanted to love these but they rusted after first use. I cleaned and dried them right away but rust developed under the lip where the metal folds over on itself, and ran down the side of the cutter. I know cookie cutters are typically made of thin steel and then coated with tin to resist rust but obviously the part under the lip where the metal folds over itself is not coated. Inevitably, water will get into this area, which is inaccessible (to dry off) and will rust. After researching online, I came upon some tips for keeping cookie cutters from rusting, which includes placing them in the oven or using a hair dryer to dry them thoroughly. It would have been nice if these came with some care instructions that included these drying tips so that customers don't end up with a rusty product after first use.

Very pretty and ultimately easy to use which is why I rated them "average" instead of less. I was less than thrilled that the finish came off with the first washing, even before I had ever used them! Rusty edges had to be cleaned off. I didn't have time to replace them, so I made them work, but I would certainly never buy them again.

Three good sized cutters (large for more impressive work, smallest for tops of mince pies etc). You can make your snowflakes as plain (simple snowflake outline) or as decorative as you like, using two or more cutters for more intricate designs. Great product in a handy storage tin. Would recommend.

I ordered these to make Christmas cookies and was not that impressed. They have already started to rust after two months. Although the designs that they say you can achieve on the tin are numerous, I found them difficult to execute.

I cannot reccommend this product enough - very pretty cookies and very easy to use. Ace Kitchen Essentials delivered quickly and very well packaged and communication was fantastic. Would buy again anytime. Thank you, and happy baking!

They are great, (tin not red but as pictured) but a bit fiddly to use depending on the mix used. I've used them twice and they've rusted a bit, so they need drying quickly after being washed up. The biscuits they make though are fab.

Ive used these to make so many snowflake designs in all mediums hardwaring and the tin keeps everything together sade
