This cake serving set is high quality material and the presentation is impressive. Very exquisite yet affordable. The gold hue plating is smooth and even throughout the metal part of the utensil. I am using this set for a cake at a tea party I am holding, and it will bring another hint of elegance to the ambiance. I highly recommend this cake serving set to anyone planning an event that is serving a desert that requires utensils such as these.

This cake cutting set looks like it costs a fortune but it doesn’t. The birthday girl loved that it cut the cake so easily. I love this set!

I never write reviews but I feel obligated to save the next interested party alot of time. I ordered similiar cake server sets from (5) diff. suppliers to compare off of Amazon. I had a set that I loved and that had lasted me 25 years. Regretfully, I left it behind at a restaurant. Out of the (5) diff. suppliers this was the best quality. It had the thickest, best handles and sturdiest, strongest, least flimsey/bendable knife blade. I even bought my son a set. Would I prefer it if the handles were crystal or glass; probably. But for a look alike set and at a price that can't be matched....it's perfect for all celebrations from backyard barbecues to white linen dinner parties. I will share some advice of why I think my original set kept so nice and new looking for all of these years...I hand washed them and left them out overnight to thoroughly air dry before replacing them in their protective storage box....but that's just me. " LET US EAT CAKE"...LOL. Hope this helps.
