this hourglass is a classic charm!!!! It kept accurate time with an extra minute … it’s gorgeous in our new bathroom upgrade - definitely purchasing a second for my writing room .

My son loves this gift. He had been hunting for a real hourglass in red. He has timed it several times and it has never been off by much. He is very pleased .

The colors are not nearly as vibrant as the advertising photos. I noticed other reviews indicated this in the comments. The red is more of a lighter orange red, but it is still very nice.I purchased the blue one first and decided to purchase the red one and return the blue. They are both one hour timers, but the blue doesn’t have enough sand in it to make it to an hour. That is mainly why I am returning the blue one. The red one times in at just over an hour. There are variations in the glass so maybe that is why some are filled more than others. The blue definitely needed more sand.Overall it is a nice product, but if you are looking for a deep vibrant red like that of the pictures you may be disappointed. For the price, I think it was worth it.

I really love this item

We are stress testing this unit. It has not clogged yet. It gets reset about 30times a day. just so we can see the lil sand pour from top to bottom. We have no real use for it except to watch it run the sand. from one side of it to the other. over and over again. We have had this for about 6 months now. no issues yet. Built very well.
