We give these as a special treat to our border collie. She ablsolutely loves her toy that holds it, and it keeps her busy for a bit.

I had no idea that they are actually bad to chew without puffing them up first (I guess especially for small dogs or puppies where their teeth may be more fragile). I did notice her teeth seemed to be a little worn looking for little teeth when chewing on the regular size chews.Anyway, queue these guys!! They are the perfect size for her, they are about 1" cube size and when you puff them up they puff up almost to the size of a tennis ball!!! (I soak for 5 minutes, dump the water out, and then microwave in 30 second increments until they don't puff up anymore). She is obsessed w/them, she'll run around the house hiding it over and over like a game (rubbing her nose around it like she's covering it in dirt) and then we find it and cheer and act celebratory, and then she hides it all over again lol When she finally does eat it, it does leave crumbles all around but they are easy to sweep up.

We microwave these in the companion silicone Yeti made by the same company. Put a chunk in the Yeti's belly pop it in the micro for 61 seconds (no more!) and voila! - a crunchy treat for your pup to gnaw on. A little crumbly, so somewhere that is easily swept or vacuumed after would be good.

I love the concept! Giving my dogs something to keep them busy for awhile and challenging them to get the treat, which they love! But waiting for them to cool off after microwaving them, and the mess when my dogs have to scrape the treat out of the warmer, is terrible. Recommend it as an outside treat.

I have repurchased these numerous times. They are easy to use and my dog loves them! The nuggets fit into a Yeti dog toy and puff after microwaving a full minute. I've also gifted them to a friend who got a new puppy. They are a wonderful treat and chewing diversion.

We LOVE these yeti treats. So does our dog! They are easy to use and provide 10 minutes or so of activity for our large dog- perfect for moments where we need him to stay busy or calm down. HOWEVER $2 per treat is ridiculous- particularly when we have found the same bag locally for $5.
