Thank you for the phone. The condition of the phone didn't quite match the description but I am really enjoying the phone so far. The description also mentioned the battery will not be like new and I can definitely feel that. There were some exterior scratches on the body and screen but nothing too bad. Overall really good product and I am happy with the phone.

Absolutely love this handset. I purchased the Google pixel 6 as an upgrade from my OnePlus 8T as it kept having problems with signal. The Google pixel 6 is great, battery life is magic lasts about 2 days before charging. Easy to setup and use. Recommended if your looking for a robust handset.

Used it without problems for months. However, be aware that a new Google Pixel 6 Pro is marketed as having an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, but "Refurbished phones are not guaranteed to maintain their waterproof seal." according to the description.My refurbished one died after getting caught in some heavy rain (a frequent occurrence in the UK). It was in my pocket upside down and must have gotten water in the speaker. After that, it stopped responding and then ended up on fast boot menu, getting hotter and hotter until the battery died and steam formed on the camera lens. Took it to a repair shop and was told the motherboard has probably shorted and a replacement would be about the same as the phone cost. Given that rain is not covered by insurance, this was an expensive lesson to learn. I decided I would probably have the same issue in winter and decided against it. So phone dead, data lost and now left with a beautiful brick. Shame really, I had purchased screen protectors and an expensive case to look after it.The good things; Getting a Google Pixel 6 Pro for this price is awesome, no question. I was thrilled when I got this. Phone was great and arrived in great condition, a few light scratches and a deeper grove on the screen, but from 30cm away you couldn't see anything. Battery life was also very good compared to new, lasting the day with a little to spare. Phone itself is fast, fantastic camera, easy to set up, and transfer data over. Screen is beautiful. It was an awesome phone, and I couldn't help but tell everyone how cheap it was - sent a couple of them the link (not sure if they bought one).Lesson learned - read the description carefully and consider that phone's will probably get wet sometimes. I won't get another refurbished phone in the future.

Got 2 pixel 6 pros sent bythia seller, as the 1st althrough in great physical condition got yellow icons marks on the screen visible while screen brightness set to maximum. The 2nd phone sent was perfect. Would buy again from this seller if quality does not change.

The device arrived really conserved without any scratch or similar. The battery life is not that great but is OK. It takes around a day to die. For a used device, I would say that it is great. I am overall satisfied.

So I ordered the Pixel 6 pro, in Excellent condition and to be honest, the external of the phone was in excellent condition. It arrived well-packaged with a charging cable.However, it arrived with a 0% charge (something Google advises not to do) and wasn't factory reset, wiped but not reset. There was a little glue along the bottom edge which indicated a screen replacement. The screen also wasn't as responsive as it should have been (indicating a possible non-offical screen) and then we noticed that the fingerprint scanner wasn't working and the software had glitched so you couldn't even find the scanner (a known issue with screen replacement) so not "Fully functional" and should have been picked up is the checks.In fairness when I contacted the company with the issues they responded really quickly and asked me to return the phone for review, it was returned and reviewed quickly, and a refund was given within 4 days.
