was told by a mechanic to use OEM but that was over triple what these cost. The reason I found out is that these aftermarket parts do not function within specifications so the service suspension light comes on intermittently and the shocks do not ride as smoothly as they should. good luck with warranty....spend the extra money or research the delete kits for the magnaride system.....

The product is leaking and making a lot of noise, I request that another product be sent or my money back,I sent the message here because I couldn't find another way. I know this may have been a one-off problem because I've bought from you other times for other cars of mine and I had no problems.

When changing quick struts on large vehicles, you need to know what you're doing. These things are heavy and there are some intricacies. If you've never done these before, make sure you wanted multiple YouTube videos to get a few different perspectives. I had to use a 4' pry bar to push down the lower control arm quite a bit. A LOT of sweat equity! Another tip: take off the fender lining. You can get to all the connectors and bolts much easier. These restored a smooth ride, but time will tell if these are worth the savings.

I put these on my truck in July of 2023. Within a week the service suspension lights came back on. Had it diagnosed at a mechanic shop and one of the struts weren’t reading at all. I learned to just deal with it. Now both struts aren’t reading. So I wasted $430 because I have to replace both again. Didn’t even last me a full year. Stay away from these struts.

I had the worst rise at 90k miles, felt like I had a twisted drive shaft or broken Trans, drove like I was on rocky road all the time, thought a wheel bent. Took in for rotation etc. Trust me, you need these, it feels like I drive on a cloud now. No dash lights. A+ dealer wanted 4grand for just parts. Lol

The original ones I got 8 years use out of. These lasted 10 months and very quickly were worse then the 8 year old ones.
