nGen is produced with AmphoraTM AM3300 polymer and uses specific colorFabb developed color concentrates for good opaque quality and highest possible brightness. Eastman AmphoraTM AM3300 3D polymer is a low-odor, styrene-free material uniquely suited for 3D printing enthusiasts, particularly those who need the flexibility to print within a wide processing temperature range. Amphora AM3300 has good flow properties through the printer nozzle-even at lower temperatures than some other polymers require. These properties make AM3300 more workable at a wider breadth of temperatures, producing reliable results and resulting in less waste. Amphora AM3300 can be made into high-quality filament that exhibits advanced overhang ability, excellent looks, and large printing temperature range-empowering large panel of users to create durable and useful items. Adviced 3d printing temperature: 220-240C Adviced 3d print speed: 40 - 70 mm/s Advised Heated bed: 75-85C Build platform: nGen gives best results on a heated build platform, 75C to about 85C is usually needed for proper adhesion to a glass plate. Printing on a cold bed is possible but you'll need some adhesion tools to minimize warping. 3DLac, buildTak or 3DEeze can do the trick. Diameter Tolerance: ± 0.05 mm Density: 1.35 - 1.37 g/cm3 Glass Transition Temperature: 85C
