Good Buy
This support pole does the job of preventing water from pooling on my patio furniture cover. It’s light but sturdy, and so far has held up to a few windy days and a LOTS of torrential rain. The one thing I don’t understand about the design is having 3 straps instead of 4. With the 3 straps it tends to tilt to one side, and it takes a bit of maneuvering to get the pole to stay upright, but once I got it right I was good to go.

Straps too long
The straps included were way too long for my table, and kept sliding looser so I had to knot the excess to keep them in place. I ended up hooking the straps to the backs of 3 of the chairs so they would create a better angle to reduce precipitation gathering. But overall you need se real more straps to correctly keep the cover angled if you have chairs under the cover.

Works well, stays in place, prevents pooling of snow, ice and water
We leave our patio and deck tables and chairs outside during Syracuse NY winters. These cover support poles are easy to set up and keep the canvas covers elevated and angled from the center to the edges so that rain and snow slide off rather than pooling on the cover. We use one pole for a round table with four chairs and two poles for a rectangular table with six chairs - they work well in both cases. They were out for one full winter season so far and show no signs of damage or wear.

Didn’t work for our application
This actually is a great idea! However, it didn’t work for us on our oval table that seats six. We would need to have four straps to hold the pole in place. It was sad to realize it wasn’t going to work for us, because keeping the rain from standing on our patio table cover would be very helpful in preventing leakage and staining. It’s a well thought out product though. Maybe it will work with your table size/shape.

Straps Too large
Great concept, but product fails with the strapping provided. We have a large round (54 inch diameter) outside patio table. The straps provided with this product cannot be made small to securely attached the poll to the table (even on the highest poll setting). You would have to have a huge table to use this product.

Keeps rainwater and leaves off my patio table covers
These suspend my patio table covers very well and stay in place. They do not topple over. Normally we get the rain water that gathers in pockets on the table and in the chairs. This has kept any pooling of water or leaves from staying on the table. We did use clamps on the chairs to taunt the table covers but having these suspend the covers makes it work even better.

Get the job almost done
Love the concept. We have a rectangular table and chairs that have high back. Without this we would have puddles of water. We use it at our property up north so we leave it on for weeks at a time. I wish it would have fit in my umbrella holder so it wouldn’t fall but it seems to be getting the job done. It all part of trial and error to get it set up just right. The straps as designed to be really long.
