Sleek and elegant
The faucet I purchased in Dec 2021 went bad due to the failure of the nin-repairable ceramic valve. I was not able to stop the running water and had to shut the valve at the source.After complaining with the seller, without asking many question they sent me a replacement unit at no cost. I had if replaced with a qualified plumber.The new faucet is again working like a charm.Hope this will last longer.I wonder why they did not ask me to send themback the bad faucet by sending a return label? So that they can investigate what went bad and improve it.Any way Inthank the seller fir their un-paralleled customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in future for any of my faucet needs and I highly recommend them without ansecond thought.Five stars and five cheers⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice product for the price
The faucet is nice looking and functions well. The water pressure is strong and you can adjust it at the source, meaning the hot and water valves under the sink. Very easy adjustment, not sure why people complain about it.The install is easy once you have removed the old faucet. The plastic tightener is not optimal and the faucet will move if pushed hard right or left. I could replace that plastic screw with a metal one if it becomes an issue. There is a small gasket that fits under the faucet but I added a string of putty all around the base of the thread to ensure no water will leak underneath.Not sure about the quality but I bought another one to complete the 2-sinks bathroom after trying out this one. I got the brushed nickel.Hope this helps.

You will need an 11 mm wrench to snug the water connections at the faucet even though they say you dont. You must have adequate clearance to your back wall or backsplash so the faucet will sit flush. So far its a great look for the money.

All good but missing a flow control (splatter)
I like most aspects of this faucet except for the flow control. If you open the source hoses open wide, the blast is so powerful that it splatters out of the sink. We have adjusted the hot and cold to the minimum levels such that the stream looks pretty and it does work OK like that. But if you move the faucet temperature knob all the way hot or cold, you get half the pressure as the combined stream so it seems poorly installed.The fix would be be a flow control regulator which allows for the sources to be on full power and provide the proper water flow for efficient hand washing and minimal splatter. I've looked at add-ons but they don't seem to do more than the wall valves or else would still result in a limp water stream.
